BEST jalapeño margarita, actually spicy! Chips and salsa and guacamole all fantastic. Bartender so sweet and friendly. Worth stopping!
First time there, not sure why we haven’t been there sooner. Food was fantastic! Service was great. Atmosphere was clean and welcoming!!! We will definitely be back!
The burrito was outstanding
Great food. Great value. Kid friendly. Delicious.
It was ok. Food was indeed lukewarm. Salsa was great. My server friendly, but occasional. Could improve with more flavor in the guac and the chicken. Very loud and sparse. I hope they stay in business and make improvements as I fully support small business.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Lili's Bistro! The salsa is hands down the best we've ever had – incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The lava shrimp appetizer is a must-try, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The tacos were out of this world, each bite a delightful blend of ingredients. To top it all off, the margaritas and horchata were exceptional, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience! ?????

OMG the SALSA! I'm from Houston and this is the best salsa I have ever had. Margarita was perfect and tacos were authentic.
Highly recommend!

Came here while on a ski trip based on the reviews. All of our food came out lukewarm. The “Carne Asada Fries” looked like someone thawed frozen French fries and dumped a handful of avocado, string cheese, and grade F beef on a plate and nuked it. The “cocaine tacos” looked like they bought frozen taquitos, deep fried them, then threw some radishes underneath. Worst “Mexican food” ever.

This place is a joke masquerading as a Mexican restaurant.1. Atmosphere: Still reeking of its former life as a salon, they couldn't even be bothered to take down the "hair extensions" signs by the bathroom door.2. Service: Forgettable, just like the food.3. Food:- Tortilla soup: Lukewarm and forgettable.- Surf & Turf Burrito: Disgusting ground beef posing as carne asada, flavorless burrito, and mediocre shrimp for a whopping $22.- Cocaine Tacos: Grocery store taquitos over cabbage with minimal toppings, served cold for $16.- Carne asada fries: Frozen section grocery store fries, more of the mutant "carne asada," and undercooked bacon slapped on top whole (they couldn’t even be bothered to cut it) for a hefty $20.And don't even get me started on their nickel-and-diming tactics: $5 sodas with no refills, $2 surcharge for splitting a check, and rationed chips and salsa refills. Save your money and your taste buds; this place is a culinary disaster.

Restaurantji Recommends
This Mexican restaurant was a fun surprise while staying in Dillon for a ski weekend. While the other restaurants had a 30-45 min wait, they were able to seat us at the bar right away. The meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa that were great. We also ordered the Horchata, steak tacos, Flan, and deep fried ice cream for which continued our trend of tasty food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our larger group. Definitely recommend!

Mexican food, but better! Good was absolutely original to the cook. My girlfriend had the cocaine tacos that were absolutely delicious. I had an simpler quesadilla , or so I thought. Personal recipe of the cook and delicious. Even the salsa was fantastic! Great staff, great food, and great price! Will visit every time I am in Dillon.

Foods amazing, service is very rude. Girl at cashier took 10 minutes to get the card reader to work, the whole time the crew was making fun of me while I'm just waiting to pay for my food so I can enjoy it. Thought because they were speaking Spanish they could insult me, but I know a decent amount of Spanish and I don't enjoy being insulted by people who clearly hate themselves so they insult others to make themselves feel better. Food is amazing. Will never return. Literally said nothing to them and just stood there apparently demands being insulted. They should change their name to Karen's bistro.
