Delicious breakfast enchiladas. Very friendly staff. I'll be back here next time I'm Dillon. Green chili was delicious. They also gave us some chips so we could try the red chili.

"Don't judge a book by its cover" -a phrase we hear all too often, and yet, we still judge books nefore we read them, never knowing what adventures (or great food, in this case) we might be missing out on. When you first walk into White Boots, it doesn't look too impressive, a small restaurant in a larger building. However, this family-owned restaurant has more to offer than most upscale eateries. The service was exception, the food was reasonably priced, and the amount of food you get for what you pay for is incredible, not to mention delicious. Do not let this fabulous restaurant pass you by. I wholeheartedly recommend White Boots to anyone in the Silverthorne/Dillon area!
