The place is not busy, and went through drive through and they made me come inside to order. Fine. But, then I get my order, and half the quesadilla is just tortilla and the fries were ice cold. The employees attitudes suck to boot. There were like 5 people working too. I don't understand how they are this inefficient.

This taco bell is so hit or miss. Sometimes it's great. Usually when you can actually get food it comes out good. But half the time they say they will be open and just aren't. Just went there, hours here say till 11, usually I figure they won't be open last 10. I showed up at 9:30 because it's usually the only place open after 8, but got to the drive through and was told "We aren't taking any more orders tonight, we have already closed out" and it's not just tonight. Tonight is just the time I'm finally saying something. It's really disappointing to have 1 option in our tiny towns when you just don't have the energy to cook for yourself, and they are closed before they are supposed to be. Too often and really disappointing.

Service is usually pretty dang awesome, but the chef just can’t figure out one thing, extra cheese. I frequent this establishment on occasion, but for some reason extra cheese and being charged a $1.40 for it equates to very little or no cheese…. Stop the cheese hate and spread the cheese love!

This place is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, the food is always half made, the staff depressed and they make their own shifts, and close when they want. I’m also a local and try to get it once a week and always seems to be an issue.

Been here for 30 minutes waiting and there’s 3 employees working but 1 guy was sweeping the entire time we were waiting… the store doesn’t close until 10 and the place is packed inside and through the drive thru, least he could do is help prepare some meals to speed up the process.TL;DR - order your meal about 20 minutes out while in that i70 traffic and check your meal when you pick it up
