I NEVER leave bad reviews, but this experience at The Back Bowl was awful. My group spent over $250 on food, drinks, and arcade games before even starting to bowl, and we were treated horribly.
When we finally got our lane, it didn’t work. We had to keep going back up to the counter over and over to tell them, and every time they said they’d fix it—but nothing ever happened. Eventually, they brought over the manager, who acted like he already fixed the issue even though the lane was still broken.
After an hour of waiting, we only got to bowl one ball before giving up. When I finally asked for a refund, the manager acted like I shouldn’t even be asking. I explained that we’d been waiting for an hour, and he just looked completely puzzled. They did give a refund eventually, but the attitude and lack of care made the whole thing even worse.
For how much we spent, the service was completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth it—I won’t be coming back

Fantastic food! Great bowling! Super friendly staff! Joe was amazing! He helped me put together a function for my hockey team while at a tournament in Eagle. Even with the short notice, 40 hockey players and parents had a fantastic time! We will definitely be back!! Thank you again for everything! We had such a great experience!

Im not one to leave a review if the place is bad i just ignore it ive been going here since i was a kid 15 years plus and its very sad how the place is turning into my biggest issue i have constantly is getting food or drinks ordered on the bartender side whether im playing pool or bowling the bartender just looks at me and ignores me and its been happening for so long im finally tired of it the customer service on the food/ bartending side is absolutely horrible. if you go there i recommend going with a full stomach and your own drinks as for the bowling side very understandable shit breaks not their fault but the way the bartender handles customer service is terrible but the food is good. i stood there for 20 min just being ignored constantly

As a local in Eagle we go here often because we love to bowl and it’s the only option that’s affordable in the valley. They have karaoke on Fridays which I love and they also have affordable drinks that are decent and we always have a good time. But as for the establishment itself… don’t expect much from it or the employees. Equipment is constantly breaking, employees don’t really seem to give a crap about anything and constantly make mistakes, and things are left dirty all the time. But we always manage to make the best of it. So if you’re going in expecting a perfect experience that’s most likely not going to happen. Keep your expectations low and make the best of it and it will be fine!

Would leave a 0 star review if I could. The lanes break down constantly and they refuse to add more time or even apologize. Worst run bowling alley I’ve ever been to.
There seem to be issues with keeping our lane up and running the last 2 times we've bowled. No discount or time added back for the 3 times we had to wait to continue playing.

Wow. Would be leaving a 0 star if possible. I will start by saying I am not usually one to leave a review, especially a negative one, but this experience was SO terrible I had to warn all of you. DON‘T waste your time or money at this atrocious business. Their customer service is dismal, their equipment is poor and breaks constantly. Don’t expect to have a lane ready for you no matter what is promised to you beforehand, and even if you are lucky enough to get a lane, chances are your going to be waiting for them to fix your broken lane while your time ticks down. But above all else, the most astonishing and disappointing thing about this place is the lack of integrity and poor leadership from the owner Joe himself. He has no leadership skills himself, and has recruited a spineless and incompetent management team. So in summary, whether you are visiting our beautiful valley, or you are a local looking for a fun night out, keep looking, DONT waste your time or money at this sorry excuse for a business, you will regret it.
