What a lovely coffee shop! We stopped by for a quick bite while traveling to Glenwood Springs and were so glad we did. My husband had a cubano sandwich that was delicious and I had an iced chai latte and a chocolate chip banana loaf which was incredible. The owners were so nice as well!!
Canela is a locally family owned creperie on Broadway in Eagle. They have sweet and savory crepes and several amazing signature coffees. A case full of baked goods (with vegan options) are ready to grab and go. The men and women who run the coffee and pastry shop are very kind!
