Every time we go to EAGLE we must stop by to eat here. Food is delicious, large portion, food comes in a nice hot plate, perfectly seasoned. I highly Recommend! The male server is the best, friendly and attentive.
This place used to be great, However, I don’t think I am coming back. Food is not bad, but, not as good as it used to be. Is the type of food served “in a rush” salsas, to smother the food are served from a can, not particularly prepared with love and effort. Just to satisfy the demand. I’ll much rather drive to Glenwood Springs to “El Nopal” next time.

Food and atmosphere were awesome. We ended up showing up on their 10th anniversary party and everyone was having a great time. The chimichanguitas and casa Mexico platter were excellent. If I’m ever back in town I will for sure be back! We came back the next day as we enjoyed it so much!

Food was mediocre at best. The service was absolutely horrible. The waiter was non-existent, he seemed to only pay attention to the Spanish speaking tables. Literally ignored us for pretty much our entire visit. Worst customer service ever.
