We ordered online using the restaurant's preferred service Menufy and they didn't have our order ready when we arrived to pick it up. The staff also made it seem like it was my fault that the order wasn't ready. Highly unprofessional and unfriendly.
The inside of the restaurant was smoky and it seemed like the fan in the kitchen broke. Just gross!!!
Food was average for how expensive it was.. $22 steak burrito! We are in the mountains though!

We came here a Monday night and it wasn’t a great experience so we won’t be returning. After being told the wait would be 20 minutes it was 55 minutes. The food was good enough but $20 for a burrito is steep and it wasn’t anything special. Drinks were decent. Service was extremely slow.

Wait for like 10 minutes already seated but they didn't even give us the menu suddenly a couple get in and as soon as this happens they get seated and give them the menui ask the girl in front of there is a difference on the clientele and she didn't know what to say Don't come back again looks this restaurant is focused in the american clientele Super bad service (they forget about specific people)
Wow, this place is a jewel. We were passing thru on Oct 26th and the hotel clerk advised there were only three places in town he could recommend to eat, one of which was Casa Mexico. The food was outstanding, the service crisp and the place was full by the way. This place is now at the top of my favorite Mexican food place. As most of you know the sauce is the key and there is none tastier than Casa Mexico. The downside is it not in my home town, but a thousand miles away. I encourage anyone traveling I-70 either east or west bound through the Eagle/Vail area please take the time and stop. This a great family business and an even better restaurant.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We planned a large party dinner here for a hockey team and families. Casa Mexico didn’t miss a beat! They were so accommodating, excellent service, delicious food, and fantastic margaritas! Great job and thank you for having us, Casa Mexico!!!
