The food is very good. Generally authentic. I enjoyed one of the lightest and crispiest chimichangas I've ever had; not an authentic Mexican item but tasty. There is no doubt, this is a locals spot. Atmosphere is very simple. Nothing fancy. Note the menu photos on Google are outdated and happy hour ended at 5 according to the menu when I was there. When I inquired via social media, they promised Cinco de Mayo food and drink specials, but the staff had no idea about any specials....
The food was good and the owwas nice. The Chilli Rilleno was a little small but the cheese inside was good. The Tamale was good and the Chimi Changa was large and had lots of Chicken. The price was pretty good for what I got.
We love this place off the beaten path in Eagle. Great options for kids, the food has always been really good, and inside or outside the place has great vibes.
