When we visit or drive through Eagle Valley, we try to stop at Moe’s. Yesterday’s visit did not disappoint. We arrived around 3:30pm and were greeted as soon as we crossed the threshold. We ordered and our food was quickly prepared. I have to give a special shout out to the baked apples side dish- simply delicious. Almost seemed like a dessert- so yummy and very tender. Closing states 9PM. They should just change their hrs to close @8pm. On numerous occasions they clean up & dont serve food past 8-8:15PM. That's fine but don't post that you close @9PM!
