Great place for a quick lunch. We travel I-70 frequently and Eagle is a good halfway point for us. They had some good gluten free options for me (I had a salad that was super fresh) and sandwiches. There was even a place to sit outside with our dog and someone brought a few trimmings on a plate for him.
Was in Eagle for work and came here to eat TWICE in three days because it was that good. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work.The beet salad was incredible. perfect amount of dressing, berries and bleu cheese.
