Great food, great service. Big selection of offerings. So many things sounded good we had a hard time deciding! Sat outside with our dog and they had a counter we could order at without having to bring the dog inside which was really nice.

Loved it here. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had a good experience. The food was fantastic. My chorizo burrito and Snickers latte were some of the best food I've had. Would highly recommend.

Found this on Maps while looking for a pit stop before the rest of the drive to Glenwood Springs and it was a star spot. Breakfast burritos were rad.

This is definitely where the locals go. I've been twice now and the service is great and the sandwiches are better.

Good sandwich in an unassuming small restaurant. Breakfast stuff, too. Friendly staff who work to get your hot sandwich out in a hurry. Plenty of outdoor seating. Believe it or not, parking in downtown Eagle can be a bit scared, but drive around a little bit and you'll find a spot.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of good veggie stuff if that's how you roll. I didn't check to see about vegan, you're on your own, there.

Complaining about having to open your restaurant at 6 am doesn't translate well to the customer, especially whining about HAVING to make 20 breakfast burritos when you first open. Guess what, thats your bread and butter, you just paid for your electricity that day!. I suggest also you treat non-locals like all of your local friends, (a local gentleman waited for 20 min for a pour of coffee while the little hippie chick served her friends first) You can definitely tell the ownership has changed (my condolences to Ryan's wife) as they seem behind the 8 ball every time I've been in. As a former restaurateur of 30 years, I don't know if I can support this once great establishment, all I hear is excuses and whining from the operators. This may not be the environment for them to work/ operate. Kudos to the ladies in the kitchen for putting up with the chaos!

This is a great local business, my travel partner enjoyed the gluten free options. The prices were fair, the portions were good and the service was excellent.
