Great food, friendly & helpful staff. Good coffee (Americano for me). The perfect little breakfast place on my way home.🙂

My family and I arrived in Eagle County after a long travel day from East Tennessee, and Red Canyon delivered on all fronts. It was the perfect spot for brunch—good coffee, great food, and amazing vibes. The atmosphere was welcoming and exactly what we needed to start our trip off right. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Following on Ryan's legacy, Red Canyon delivers on the food and friendliness. I miss Ryan's smile and ability to make you a friend, not just a customer, but the new management is keeping his spirit alive.

Great spot to stop off I-70, Eagle is such a great town. Solid coffee, great burritos and paninis, and the salsa was muy delicioso. Also, shout out The Runaway Grooms and the dope barista fella working Tuesday. Feed your soul, not your image, Red Canyon forever.

10/10 will come back every time I find myself in the area again! Jake is a great host. Such a great personality and very helpful in suggesting menu items for newcomers. The coffee was better than any chain coffee joint by far. I recommend the snickers. Think Dutch bros Golden eagle but made with love! Great experience.

I love this place! I swung in for a quick bite eager to hit the road again. I ended up staying because the atmosphere and staff were great. The whole cafe has a super cozy and broken in vibe. My sandwich was absolutely amazing too. Just a heads up there’s not a ton of inside seating, I ended up sitting outside. So probably not the place to hang out on a cold day if it’s busy. Still, would totally recommend if you are swinging into Eagle

When you read online that this is one of the top restaurants in Eagle - there’s a reason! The staff. The staff is so friendly, Jake was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Went the extra mile multiple times. Great vibes.

Great food, the chicken was so soft and tender in the frenchie that I ordered. Would prefer bigger portions for this price but it was still really good. Maybe the smaller portions will stop me from getting fat :)
