My family and I arrived in Eagle County after a long travel day from East Tennessee, and Red Canyon delivered on all fronts. It was the perfect spot for brunch—good coffee, great food, and amazing vibes. The atmosphere was welcoming and exactly what we needed to start our trip off right. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
Following on Ryan's legacy, Red Canyon delivers on the food and friendliness. I miss Ryan's smile and ability to make you a friend, not just a customer, but the new management is keeping his spirit alive.
Great spot to stop off I-70, Eagle is such a great town. Solid coffee, great burritos and paninis, and the salsa was muy delicioso. Also, shout out The Runaway Grooms and the dope barista fella working Tuesday. Feed your soul, not your image, Red Canyon forever.
