Recently stopped by and noticed both my hard shell tacos were broken. Not that big of a deal, didn't want to turn around to get them re made, food is food. Though it was obvious whoever handled them, likely did it on purpose after assembling and wrapping each taco. Because both were in different bags- and one was by itself- so not sure how they BOTH would've gotten that way. I drove out 35+ minutes to enjoy some taco bell, so that was a bit of a disappointment.

went thru the drive thru tonight , sign says open til 11 it was not even 9:45, and the girl inside wouldnt answer the drive thru, then we pulled up to the window and she looked at us then turned around and hid in the corner refusing to serve us

Most I've spent at Taco Bell. Food has always been good. Drove thirty miles home and found out I was shorted a Burrito Supreme. With prices going up for all most everything, employees need to pay better attention. I didn't get a burrito on my meal because I thought they knew what they were doing. Put that phone down and get your act together.

Atmosphere is that of a fast food joint so how great can it really be? I think they changed the special sauce on the quesadillas which was very disappointing. Food came out quick.
If you want a decent quality of a presentation of Taco Bell food don’t come here. They gave 3 box meals in one bag no boxes at all. Very inconvenient….when I asked if you guys have any boxes the cashier smiled and said yes. Then I was like why is there no boxes then the girl cashier with a tone of makeup just smiled and said I’m sorry. The atmosphere is highly wired and overall inconvenient. Don’t stop here for Taco Bell go to the next town East or West but not here.

Went 30 minutes before closing. When I went through the drive through 3/4 items were cold. Ordered a burrito and somehow ended up with a very cold chalupa that tasted old.
