Our server was super sweet & very attentive, the whole staff was actually great! The space is very welcoming & has a nice atmosphere. But I will have to say I was not very impressed with what me or my friend ordered. I got the classic eggs benedict & the hollandaise sauce was the worst I have ever had.. super bland & it was clear, which is weird because hollandaise sauce should be thick and creamy. Plus the English muffins were not even toasted.. it wasn’t uneditable but if they have eggs benedict on the menu they should atleast know how to make the sauce for it. My friends turkey sandwich had 3 slices of bread per slice & the ratio of things on the sandwich was completely off. I will say other food coming out of the kitchen looked great so I would be willing to try it again. But I was super excited that a place in town had eggs benedict especially since grand ave closed (who had amazing hollandaise sauce by the way) but yeah honestly just super mid food. Pretty disappointing .

I was so excited to learn about this new breakfast spot! The meals that my partner ordered were excellent, and there were at least four other entrees that sounded delicious, so we will for sure be going back! It said there were grab and go options, but I didn’t see that area because it was quite busy. The service was excellent and there are many options for meals (especially for vegetarians). Glad to be living nearby this spot.

This place opened a few weeks ago and already raised it's menu prices which was disappointing to see. The eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce was bland and the huevos rancheros was like eating a soup. The biscuits and gravy were good.

Great breakfast on a Sunday morning. All of the food was cooked perfectly and the service was great. Great variety on the menu ranging from American Classics to Mexican-influenced dishes. I’m excited to have a great breakfast spot in Eagle again.

What a fantastic spot. The milk is exceptionally clean with excellent ambience, food prepared with care, and an amazing staff.
I was welcomed the minute I walked in, and seated at a neat, well-stocked table, even though I was catching the tail end of breakfast service.
All three staff members, Stephany, Sumi, and Louisa were attentive and on top of it, providing some of the most attentive and friendly service I’ve ever experienced.
Louisa wasn’t my server, but came over to check that I was happy with everything.
And I was. The omelette was cooked to perfection, flavorful and well-presented.
A great place. I will be back and highly recommend you stop in.

New breakfast spot with great food! We went on day 3 and had a significant wait as they had no host and very limited staff so there were some challenges. But they said they were still hiring more staff and I would expect that to improve. Food was superb!
