I have had dinner at this Ti Amo several times & in past visits have always had a pleasant experience. This past Saturday's service was awful. We had a 6 PM reservation and were seated in few minutes after arrival but were jammed in a corner wobbly table next to the door. Each time the door opened we were hit with a blast of cold air. It was 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. The waitress seemed very rushed , took our drink order, but the drinks & bread arrived moments before our dinner. She asked if we wanted fresh parmigiana cheese for dinners. We said yes, but it never arrived. Brought us dessert menus but never came back to ask what desert we wanted. Brought our check, but another person came to settle our bill. Maybe it was just the busy holiday weekend but will make me think twice before returning.

One of our favorite date night romantic dinner spots! The food is delicious and the gelato is superb.
surly hostess refused to seat us in a booth, even though more than 4 were available- nice and terrific waitress moved us to booth veal scallopini was minuscule (1 oz) and leather - tough . when i complained , manager apologized and it was remade - 2d time was normal portion, but also tough and dry- over cooked , we have eaten at to amo vail several times , including 2 days ago - and veal there never disappoints . manager nicely took 1/2 of veal charge off bill .

Food was utterly disappointing. We ordered vodka sauce and it tasted like roasted garlic and salt- not a tomato or cream to be found. Mushroom ravioli was also over salted. Italian nachos were a hit.

Great food and atmosphere. We went for our anniversary, which we shared in the reservation, but nobody acknowledged it. We weren't expecting much, but a simple “happy anniversary” would've been a nice touch. Otherwise great experience and we'll be back.

The staff at TiAmo is very friendly and inviting always! The brunch menu is delicious and more people need to know about it! Having brunch at TiAmo with my family and friends on Mother's Day was delightful!
