I have had dinner at this Ti Amo several times & in past visits have always had a pleasant experience. This past Saturday's service was awful. We had a 6 PM reservation and were seated in few minutes after arrival but were jammed in a corner wobbly table next to the door. Each time the door opened we were hit with a blast of cold air. It was 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. The waitress seemed very rushed , took our drink order, but the drinks...
Great food and atmosphere. We went for our anniversary, which we shared in the reservation, but nobody acknowledged it. We weren't expecting much, but a simple “happy anniversary” would've been a nice touch. Otherwise great experience and we'll be back.
Carley was truly a delightful server. So thank you to her. Please make sure she is praised for her hard work. Thank you so much. The food was delicious. It's the first time I've been to the Eagle location since opening and it was delightful. Thank you
