The staff here are so nice! I visited tonight and handed over my phone to pay, but I have lost my phone case and the young man working tonight on November 19 made an extra effort to hold my phone with two hands and hand it back to me very carefully. He was very clumsy so I knew he was taking extra effort to be careful. Anyone who takes that much care to be careful with somebody else’s phone, you know they’re making great food, too!

I visited this Wendy's for the first time. This was the first time I ever ordered with AI. The system spoke to me and took my order. She did sound like she had an attitude rushing me 😂 but it's just a recording. Great drive thru guy. I wish I got his name to give him his kudos! Great service with this funny guy. Food was fresh.

If I could, I would give zero stars traveling to Nevada to see an ill relative misplaced my wallet and I understand it’s a business, but I know if the founder Dave Thomas was here and working this shift and I stopped in and explained that situation and asked if I could have a burger and fry he would have gave me a burger and fry. I work hard for everything I have and I don’t like asking for anything, but unfortunately, she wouldn’t authorized the manager on shift.

Not good food, we usually really like wendys but this location has been disgusting the only two times we went. They didn't give us any sauce for chicken nuggets either.
