We placed a to-go order in the drive thru. Regular chicken tenders, a burger, some fries and drinks. Several times mentioned regular nuggets. When we pulled away with our order, we noticed we had been given spicy nuggets. I pulled around to the entrance and went inside with the spicy nuggets to get the correct order. I expected them to tell us to keep the nuggets or throw them away. Man behind the counter took the spicy nuggets and PUT THEM BACK IN THE WARMER FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER. This is obviously a violation of company policy and disgusting. I could have spit on the nuggets, dropped them on the ground, whatever, and they put them back to give to someone else. SO GROSS.

Drive through workers can be rude and mess up my order a lot. I've come here multiple times before and everytime I come here they fail to tell you if what you ordered from the menu is missing or not. So instead of refunding your money they try and replace your meal with cold nuggets. They also don't get my order right half of the time.
they suck they forgot a piece if everything and still made us pay for what they forgot

Kid named Alexander at the window was professional and fast.
The chicken sandwich I ordered felt like a rubber rain boot deep fried and wrapped in a garden hose. They clearly can’t cook chicken here. If you’re in eagle go to T bell or subway. Even the city market fried chicken is way better.
If you enjoy not wanting to throw up… don’t go here
