i love yeti’s, i go every morning before work. but recently (over the past 3-4 months), the service has rapidly declined. it takes 20 minutes for my latte and bagel to be ready, meanwhile i will see the workers talking instead of working on the orders that are accumulating on the ipad. and of course, this would be fine if it was busy, but most of the time when i go in it isn’t busy, so there is no reason for my order to take so long. it really is such a shame because i love their food and coffee. so while it tastes good, i would not recommend because of the slow, lazy service.

$12 for a reheated breakfast burrito that’s cold in the middle??? Mediocre food, decent coffee and a cook in the back that obviously cares more about the scowl on his face than the service or food he provides. Glad I was just passing through, save your money and go get a much better breakfast for a lot less money.
