Got there early Saturday evening. They were out of ribs and Turkey. We had brisket and sausage. They were both terrible. The best item we had was the okra. Service was good food was not so good.

Great tasting turkey! Beans were spicy for my liking. Took a few minutes to adjust to the new look. (Use to be a pizza place) I will be going back with the family.

The food was pretty good. Brisket was tasty but dry; maybe cut thin slices against the grain. Ribs were quite tasty, perfectly seasoned and smoked. Coleslaw was light and crunchy, hint of spice was a nice touch. I think my expectations were higher due to the first time was a catered wedding. The catered food was definitely selective cuts and cooks, must have caught them on an off day. Service was adequate and timely. Pulled pork was full of flavor, but quite dry. I have had the sausage and find it to be pretty good. Limited menu should tell me the food is focused and spectacular, similar to high-end restaurants and quality food trucks; but that is not accurate here. Because a friend swears it was a flook visit, we will give them another try and a second rating in the near future. With very little competition, much of the local bbq joints can serve mediocre food, charge a premium, and your average inexperienced meat eater may not know any better. Let's give them another shot next week.

Unethical. Sad that I have to find other places to dine. Typically dine here once our twice a month. Food is good, service is ok, but nothing exceptional, and noise level is often very loud. Biggest problem is poor ethics. Hiding a surcharge for cc is unethical. A sign you can hardly see in the front door is a cop out. If your not ashamed, make it clear to everyone before they order. Oh well, lots of ethical choices and they got the last money from me. Cowards!

This is a very clean place with great service and great food! Our only complaint was the portion of brisket we were served. The slices were cur in half and small. Ths half rack of ribs had twice as much meat. ALL of the sides were amazing!!
