Don't buy. Purchased two birchbenders paleo pancake mixes. It bubbled up almost immediately as if it had too much soda/baking powder. Tried calling toll number but if you don't know extensions then you won't reach a person. I followed directions to push zero, but it also didn't work. Guess I will throw the products away.

The best pancake mixes around ! Wow......have tried three flavors so far and love them all.The blueberry mix has huge berries that come to life when made. Great product

Gluten free pancakes are somewhat 'normal'.Paleo pancakes never come out right for me and the taste is 'off'.
