I stopped to grab some dinner but no one was at the drive through, I pulled around to park and go in and the doors were locked, it was around 7pm when they should’ve been open. The lady waved her hands as if they were on break and didn’t open till later and the guy came out the back with his mop bucket like he was cleaning.. I seen another car pull up so I got in mine to see if they were taking order and they started to but my food was cold, my burger was dry and I didn’t even order a whopper with cheese, but it had cheese. I’m never coming back to this place

Ordered through mobile. Lady was polite and pleasant to deal with. Fries were piping hot which was awesome... Sadly the 3 burgers I got for the family were lukewarm. It's been my complaint about fast food burger joints for years though. Cheese is never melted on a "cheeseburger". I miss the 80s/early 90s when fast food still tasted great. My experience isn't fault of the staff. It's just how things are now a days.

I never in my life have had to encounter see is like I just didThe manager was disgustingly rude and argumentative and refused to give me an order I placed online.It was French fries and tots. She called me stupid and broke and was incredibly dismissiveThis was today (Dec 14th at 7:40pm)I will never, ever go back to this location and the manager needs to be re trained on customer serviceNEVER SUPPORT THIS LOCATION

Poor customer service. Cashier wouldn't give me her name to attach to this, nor would the manager. Neither was wearing a name tag. Had to ask 3 times for BBQ sauce for my nuggets. Ketchup packets were in a sticky clump.
