Jesus was very kind! They were having a crazy lunch rush and he offered to help me to my table with a highchair for my toddler daughter. It's so refreshing to see this level of service! Thank you, Jesus ? The food was great as always, and came out very quickly considering how busy it was.

literally the worst chick fil a. everyone who works here is a complete joke. And does it really take them 2 hours to make fresh cookies? i was told if i wanted them fresh that’s my wait time.

The rudest employee I ever ran into. 9:30-ish PM, April 6th, 2024. She is lucky I didn’t get her name or I’d post it on here.Little latina, blonde/brunette striped hair, night drive thru. I can’t believe I’m even writing this knowing I’m such a busy person & don’t have time for nonsense, but I’m not gonna let this be. I ask her what the total is, “$9.66”. Okay… so I had her ‘$10.66’.. she wanna have the nerve to snatch the $10 bill from me & give me an attitude! She hands me back $0.95 —- I tell her this isn’t the right change, she says, “that’s what it is”.I get it y’all are busy but it doesn’t mean you have to treat the customer wrong & how ever you feel like. I then ask her for the manager, he come over politely & resolves the matter; but then the young girl wants to have the audacity to laugh about & at me with her other young employees. This will not be tolerated & corporate will be hearing from me in the days to come. The youth need to understand that it is a privilege & an honor to serve Chick-Fil-A food, & not just a game & how ever they fell like treating people.No complaints on the food, but the customer service has to improve & hiring to many youths in an environment like that is not something managers should just handle like nothing. Hiring should be taken seriously cause us customers should not be treated wrong knowing very well we are the one that put up the store net sales, net gross, & the income in every single one of the empolyees.

Food is on par with other locations but the service here is the worst I've experienced at Chik-Fil-A, countless mistaken orders and completely missing items which I've paid for. Very disappointed, will try to avoid this location in the

The chicken fillet is always thinner here than at a normal chick fil a. If inwere corporate I would look into this location. Giving your sandwich a bad name. It's always a little dry too.Tried to charge me 25 cents for asking for a non buttered bun. Been eating at chick fil a my whole life. It doesn't cost extra to ask them to NOT put that gross oil on my bread. It's not butter btw. It's an oil. Was trying to redeem my free sandwitch cause had no money tonight. And they were arguing with me "thats what my computer says" fix this chick fil a. Very embarrassing and infuriating moment. Second time in my life I've ever argued with a chick fil a employee.

Took longer then normal but that was a customer not staff. Always great food!!! Great service!!! But unfortunately after this last weekend I have to add that my husband and I were served undercooked chicken we had eaten in the dark on the drive home in a snow storm. We both commented the chicken seemed greasier then usual the bun was soggy and the chicken didn't have that normal crunch about it but we were starving so we ate it. And then several hours later my fiance was uncontrollably sick ?. Like I said not a normal issue at this establishment we never had that happen before but def won't be going back for a while after that.
