It’s not the same place anymore. My family has been going there for years. They remodeled and took away the nostalgia in the whole building. The pizza was unrecognizable. Pizza Hut is better now. Will never go back.

I've heard about this place for years. I finally ventured here when I was getting a tattoo done first time came with my artist who was doing my tattoo. This place is 100% #fatkidapproved, probably 99.9% sure this is the best pizza I've ever had in Colorado and that includes Beau Jo's and everybody else that says their pizza is good. It's not as good as this place. One bite and the Pizza Angel started to sing. I got their deluxe version pizza with the roasted red peppers I don't do green peppers they're not happy with me. Do you want the best pizza in town and you've never been here you need to go.

Great pizza spot for the local Edgewater community! As a resident of Edgewater, I love that I can walk to this cute little pizza spot. They have great deals, are locally owned, and provide fast and friendly service. One special deal they have is $12 for a drink (coors light or house wine), 1/2 Cesar salad, and slice of cheese pizza. They offer this all day so you can enjoy this deal for lunch or dinner. I enjoyed their Cesar salad and prosciutto pizza and a couple of coors lights and had a great time. Super casual and relaxed atmosphere. Good for families, flying solo, small groups or a casual date night. So happy businesses and restaurants are coming to Edgewater and I love supporting them.

My family moved to the Denver area when I was 11 and the Edgewater Inn was 16. It took me another 8 years for 19-year-old me to learn about this magical space.

Somehow, for over 70 years, the Edgewater Inn has managed to keep its identity, with a consistently top-notch back of house supported by a friendly and efficient front of house.

Keep doing what you're doing.

The Edgewater Inn doesn’t change. You walk in and the black booths are waiting — cracked with time, padded just enough to soften the blow of a long day and a stiff pour. The air smells like melted cheese and 50 years of good decisions disguised as bad ones.

The sausage and pepper pizza? A molten, glorious mess. The mozzarella stretches like it owes you money — stingy, stubborn, clinging to every bite like it’s afraid to let go. The sausage is cooked like somebody’s nonna is back there with a wooden spoon and a don’t-mess-this-up attitude. The peppers are sweet, the crust walks the line between crispy and chew, and the whole thing comes together like a rock band that somehow never broke up.

Came back another night, different mood, same booth. Ordered a salad to keep the demons at bay — fresh, crisp, dressed just right. But the real show? That Budweiser lamp/lantern/shrine hovering above like a holy relic from 1972. The red wagon, the white Clydesdales, slowly spinning through time like they’ve been trapped in that loop since Nixon. I stared at it so long I forgot what day it was. It’s not just decor — it’s a damn vision quest.

Five stars. No irony, no frills, no apologies. Just perfect pizza, cold beer, black booths, and a beer-lit orbit of Americana above your head. The Edgewater Inn is the kind of place you don’t find anymore — mostly because it never left.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Denver, and I’m from Philly so can be quite picky. The vibes are great, and service is friendly. Always have a great time when I come in!

This place has some of, if not, the best pizza in Denver. The ingredients were noticeably fresh, and the crust was light, crispy, and wholly delicious! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The attached bar area has live music and a well thought out stage and decor. My wife and I plan to return often.
