Would eat here all the time if I lived closer! Amazing food Updated from previous review on 2026-02-07
I don't like eating out much because home is always better buuuuuttt, this is the exception. Holy amazing.
A group of us from out of town came based on the suggestion of a local friend, and Gladys did not disappoint! I ordered the Po' Boi burger for myself and got the truffle sauce with my fries, and let me tell you, you MUST get the sauce if you like creamy, mushroom stuff! The Po' Boi was also delicious, and I got to sample a bit of the Kabocha Gnocchi, the Reuben, and the Sweet Beet salad, and they were all things I would order again! I honestly was surprised by how much I liked the Sweet Beet salad, as I am not typically a fan of grapefruit (which I believe was one of the citrus fruits included in the dish), but it's a great mix of sweet and earthy flavors. The location is inside of a food court type setup, so this also seems like a good place for a group with varied tastes, as if you have omnivores with a fear of vegetarian/vegan food with you, they could grab food elsewhere and I believe you could take your food and eat it out in the court area together. The decor is modern and reasonably trendy and a little industrial, and the restaurant was very clean (but we also arrived shortly after opening, so that's to be expected). I think it would make a decent date spot as well. I think next time I'm in the Denver area, I would prioritize stopping by here. It was really tasty, and a nice little gem of a restaurant!
So happy for them to move into this larger space where I have now had a sit down meal twice. Great food and service and a must visit either you are plant based or not. The gnocchi dish and the Ruben sandwich are my favourites.

Blown away by the quality of food and service. The Po Boi was crispy and flavorful; ingenious use of fried artichoke. Highly recommend whether vegetarian or not.

5/5 great experience, the kind that makes you forget it’s a vegan restaurant. Food was delicious (brussel sprouts were a highlight, and definitely get the dressed up fries). Service was awesome. Portions were large. Great meal all around.

Healthy, fresh vegan food. Good flavors. Medium sized menu. Loved, loved the flat bread. The textures are amazing.
Seating is a bit uncomfortable. Wish there were cushioned booths or chairs.

The Greg Burger with fries is a perfect meal! One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I've been back twice in 3 weeks just for the Greg and fries.

Longtime fans of Gladys - they do such excellent work. Grabbed to go order today and once again expectations were exceeded. Like to mix things up and not get the Reuben every time - today we got the Beets, Caesar, Artichoke Flatbread and Tofu Cacciatore everything was fantastic but the Cacciatore stood out - beautiful dish - rich, flavorful - amazing..honestly might go back tomorrow and do it again.

Super friendly staff! The beet salad was good, but the burger patty was a huge salt bomb for me. Couldn’t taste what seemed like awesome ingredients in the patty and still feeling the salt burn on my tongue an hour later.
Would have paired well with a vegan shake to level things out!

The menu is vegan but it's doesn't matter. The food is amazing. Our meating eating friends crave the Root Vegetable Reuben.

Everything I’ve eaten here is a 10/10- the garlic bread, fries, grilled caesar, and Reuben are all delicious. My one complaint is the price (fries and a salad plus fees/tip are 28!), but the food is worth it so I’ll keep going back.

Excellent service and even better food.
The vegan Rueben is a must even if you eat meat.
It’s very clear that they put a lot of time and attention into creating a unique and delicious menu!
