Happy Lemon truly impressed me during my recent visit. I arrived just five minutes before closing, expecting to be turned away or rushed, but was met with exceptional service. The staff took my order for a large boba milk tea with half ice and half sugar with a warm smile, showing no signs of irritation despite the late hour.

When the drink initially leaked, the employee promptly resealed it to ensure it was properly sealed and wouldn’t spill when I inserted the straw. This extra attention to detail demonstrated their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The shop itself was spotless, with clean tables and floors, reflecting high standards of hygiene. The boba milk tea was perfectly crafted, balancing flavor and texture and served at the ideal temperature.

Happy Lemon’s combination of top-notch service, cleanliness, and high-quality drinks makes it a must-visit. Their willingness to accommodate customers even at closing time and their careful attention to drink preparation speak volumes about their dedication. Ordered honey jasmine green tea. It was so refreshing and I still got my drink fast even though it was busy. Great customer service from everyone there and the viet girl who complimented my nails. There's plenty of parking in that area. I would definitely come back to try the bubble waffle because they look so yummy!

Boba not good texture - too hard

We used to visit this location often. It was amazing when it first opened. Unfortunately we stopped coming as we moved further away. We were in the area today and thought we would stop in and grab some bubble waffles (our favorites!)

Upon entering I noticed that we weren’t greeted, as we reached the counter, we were met with maybe one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The girl that was helping us had a very heavy attitude, she lacked any sort of hospitality, enthusiasm, people skills, she was flat out rude. We are super bummed as it is true, one horrible experience can ruin it all.

I have worked next to this location for 3 years and I have never had any issues, they have always treated me very kind and have always made my drink exactly the way I like it.I went in for my usual drink and the girl immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I ordered my drink the way I usually like it and she just denied me and said she couldn’t modify my drink the way I like it. That there was no way she could charge me for the add on at the register, so I just ordered another drink. I was the only customer in the establishment at the time. I watched the girl make my drink and I guess she thought I looked away but I clearly saw her SPIT into my drink. When I confronted her about what she had done she denied it. I kept calm and asked her nicely if she could please remake my drink. She refused. I left without a drink and no refund. I told her I would be contacting management and cooperate. If I’m paying nearly $10 for a drink I would love to have it made the way I like it.Since this incident I have called management and reported the girl, I have left messages with NO CALL back.I’ve called and emailed the corporate office multiple times still with no response.I will be spreading the word about the poor communication with this company and the customer service at this location to my customers my friends my colleagues and family about the employee that SPIT into my drink at this location.

I walked in around 8, an hour before closing and the service was exceptional. I was immediately greeted by the staff who welcomed me and gave me some recommendations. I decided to get a milk tea with their salted cheese. This is legitimately the best salted cheese foam I’ve ever had from a boba shop. The staff was also very quick and got my drink out immediately after placing my order. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!

My first visit to Happy Lemon left much to be desired. Despite my anticipation, the experience was ruined by poor customer service. The employee appeared disengaged, displaying little enthusiasm and providing minimal assistance. Basic courtesy was lacking, with no greeting upon arrival. I had to initiate the interaction and was met with indifference. Additionally, my order was mishandled as the employee left the waffle cooking unattended while she went to socialize with her friends. The end result was a disappointing, overcooked crunchy waffle that failed to meet expectations. To add to the disappointment, the location had dirty floors and tables. Overall, a disappointing experience that fell short of what I had hoped for. As someone who works in customer service myself, I would never dare to give such a horrible experience to a customer. I won't be back ever again and I definitely do not recommend this place.
