Went to Lot 46 last night. The owner Niya used to own my favorite bar Local 46 and she has done a fantastic job of bringing that same vibe to Edgewater. The patio area is huge and they have live music. Highly recommend.
I think everyone would agree this new location is fantastic! The liquor/beer selection is great, the bathrooms are nice, and the music vibe is something Edgewater was missing! Also, the new patio is spacious and a nice place to be. I’m really glad there is another option for late night hangs in the neighborhood that doesn’t feel sketchy or dirty. Thanks Lot 46!
Stopped in at the new Lot 46 Bar to check out the outside patio area this week. I was a huge fan of its predecessor, Local 46 in Berkeley, displaced by a condo monstrosity, and this new incarnation is terrific. I hate to say I did not know it had opened in Edgewater! Just accidentally walked by and recognized the unique metal gate. Now I hope it stays forever.
