For smaller burgers youre paying $13 with base tip, $1 extra for minimal things like whipped cream, and they dont include utensils or napkins in their take out orders.

This place was amazing All their food was cooked hot and fresh I so happen to be in the area and decided to try something new and was really glad with my choice. They do want you to check in on a kiosk but are more than willing to help you navigate it or take your order in person if need be. By far one of the best burger joints in the Denver area.

The outdoor patio is well-designed and comfortable.

Expensive for what you get but the food is good enough. Plenty of better options but solid enough

Food didn't taste that great and we all got sick after eating the food.

Slow preparation, way over priced for mediocre food, unaccommodating to those with nut allergies (they posted advisory signs to allergic people saying not to order shakes because they make pistachio shakes in the same blenders). ordering kiosks/tablets were extremely laggy/glitchy.

Loved the mushroom and meat burger. The Dubai shake was perfect. Love the staff!! Definitely get the fried pickles

Five stars, mainly for the service. Milo, the manager, is very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Great burgers! They got my order wrong but were really nice about correcting it and let me keep the messed up one :)

Let me start by saying that I genuinely enjoy Shake Shack. However, the owner of this location should be deeply embarrassed by the level of disorganization that plagues it. I placed my order, and the app informed me that my pick-up would be available at 3:05 PM and i didn’t leave until 3:40!!! Unfortunately, it took me three attempts to ask the girl at the front counter, who seemed completely oblivious to my waiting for my food. Instead of a friendly greeting, I received a blank stare and a hushed conversation. Many of the customers waiting beside me were growing increasingly frustrated, as we were all patiently waiting for our food. The short, skinny girl with the cat-eye makeup should be reassigned to the back as a cook, as she appears to be either unaware of her customers or unable to communicate effectively. After this experience, I’ve decided to go to In-N-Out instead. I highly recommend ordering from the one in Centennial, as I’ve never encountered any issues there.
