This place is extremely over rated and over priced. I spent $70 on 3 meals. What a joke. I had my chicken lettuce wrapped and they charged me extra to do that. The chicken was so over cooked I could barely bite into it. My daughter and her friend got burgers. Single patty’s and they were so greasy it was hard to eat. The spic Fries were saturated with spice that we didn’t eat them We all had small drinks. Just very overpriced for what you get. I don’t even spend $70 for 4 meals at in and out and there food is way better and cleaner. Fast food places should not be asking for gratuity on top of it when you are just waiting f to carry your own food. Will ever rwturn

This is by far the worst Shake Shack I’ve been to. Ordering kiosk was unresponsive, food was brought to me with an attitude, lettuce was brown, bun was stale and I can already tell I’m going to have food poisoning. Terrible.

Every time I come here, and the one in Boulder, my order is mixed up with someone else’s. Burgers taste cheap, kind of like Wendy’s. Gave me the wrong burger, and wrong shake. At least they replaced the shake. Spent $39 for two shakes, one fry, and two burgers! Come on now. At least it was a clean store.

Louis helped me out today! He was great! Properly fried chicken. It was weird having an unseperated bun, but it was delicious. Nice THICC cuts of avocado. Healthy amount of bacon. Great fried pickles and properly tart lemonade. Very happy to work/live near a shake shack finally.

I’m a tourist who stopped in for the dubai chocolate shake and it did not disappoint! Perfectly crackable shell and it felt like I got the right amount of everything.
Maybe it’s because it was a 4PM on a Wednesday, but I was served my shake only two minutes after ordering, which is unheard of at my local Shake Shack in WA.
I appreciate the parking at this location. Every location I’ve been to so far has had a small or awkwardly placed parking lot, so this was a nice surprise while under a time constraint.

I ordered 5 cheeseburgers 2 of them were with gluten free bread it came to $42 . No lettuce or tomatos or ketchup or fries, you have to ask for those things I guess. The gluten free buns were hard.

Food was good. The double cheeseburger has good proportions, we only wish there was a little more lettuce for some extra crunch/contrast. I am not a fan of the shake shack sauce, it seemed really thick like it was thickened Mario, but with a sour cream consistency. The fries are good.. crisp and well salted. I wasn't impressed with the 6 chicken bites. it was too expensive for those small ass nuggets.

longtime fan of shake shack but absolutely had the worst BLT sandwich ever made. bacon was not cooked properly— there was at least a tablespoon of mayo, paid $1.99 extra for avocado which was non existent. $18 with tip for raw bacon, wilted lettuce, damp bun. fried pickles were a huge disappointment. super sad they have gone so downhill. counter person was extremely nice. likely never returning to shake shack — this was worse than anything i have eaten in a long time.
