Tried the LTO... It was just an extremely overpriced burger, that was an underwhelmingly small and underfilling meal. No drink sizing options available. For a place called "shake shack" they only had 3 flavors of milkshake available. Infact literally go to any of their competitors for similar pricing with better more filling burgers and more diverse menue options.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't feed this to my dog even if it was cheaper than kibbles.
I definitely wouldn't pay this much just for my child to say their hungry again in 5 minutes.

A burger combo with fries and a shake for 20 bucks. Who do you think you are?
These prices will keep me away from your restaurant
I mean the food is fine nothing mind blowing I bought 3 burgers for my family and drinks and fries 75 bucks is wayy over priced if you ask me
Update for 2025: I’ve been here a couple of times since my original review, and the food quality has been much better.
……………….
Pretty tasty burger; disappointing fries = meh.
Flaccid, undercooked - not what a fry aspires to. Sad.

First time trying it. The food was decent. I had the mushroom burger and truffle Parmesan fries. Burger was good. Fries were just ok. My daughter had the cheese fries and they were much better. What really made the experience was the manager, Thad! He had brought some samples of a new shake being released next week. The sample I did not like, but Thad was so engaging! I’ve been a customer service professional since 1988, and Thad is everything that makes up SPECTACULAR customer service! I don’t think I’ve ever left a fast food restaurant feeling wowed by an interaction with an employee before. Keep an eye on that guy. He’s doing great work!

Wonder service and they were super quick! Meal was a tad salty though. That could be toned down.

Ordering at a kiosk when their employees are behind the counter is very frustrating as the systems are slow, the kiosk has things that are not updated on the menu. It was the patrons doing all the work. If the kiosk messes up then You have to go to the counter and you have to start all over again with the order. It took almost 30 mins to order and our group was very frustrated. Food was great but on the corporate side nothing worked efficiently. Spent $65 on burgers and one fry but with added toppings was $2 a topping (onions, bacon, pickles etc)

I'm sorry to say that I think this place is overrated. The burgers are expensive and really not all that impressive. I suppose it's a step up from the usual fast food drive thru place, but at a very pricey cost.

Mediocre cheese burger at higher prices.
$20.00 for a bacon cheeseburger and a shake - no fries. Will not go again.

I gotta give a shoutout to my man Louis/Lewis/Luis (not sure how it’s written). He always has the best attitude and always takes care of me and my friends when we come to shake shack after weekly run club.
