I frequent a different sonic often. They are fast and efficient. This is the second time I’ve been to this location with the opposite service. I just waited 18 minutes for a Diet Coke. There were very few other customers as well. I had to leave after 18 minutes or I would be late for my appointment, so didn’t even get my Diet Coke.

Left without food. I attempted to order with the app, but after 15 minutes of verifying my information it said that online ordering wasn't available. I went up to the kiosk to order, but you can't order it the kiosk. It has a red button that you press, so I pressed it, and nothing happened. So I left. I'm sure it is possible to get food from here. I was unable.

We ordered on the mobile app, checked in and waited a half hour for 3 drinks. The water came out as sprite, the cherry limeade made dirty with extra lime and sweet cream lacked the lime, the special unicorn drink never arrived. We were told that the unicorn drink was out of stock and that the straws that come with it were being hoarded by the manager and kept from the night crew because one of the night crew members wanted to collect all four straws. I'm going to be reaching out to corporate for a refund on this entire order, but I highly recommended that if you have a Sonic craving go to a different location.

This place is TOTAL TRASH! I just spent $8 on a sonic blast that was total BS. Almost not toppings basically ate vanilla soft serve. TOTOAL CRAP THAT YOU CHARGE THIS MUCH! Will go to 7/11 and at least know that I am getting higher quality than the crap you serve. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
changed hours on Google but not in their own app. I ordered and they marked it as picked up even though it was after their new hours (which was news to me)
Lady said to try and get a refund in the app, knowing she just marked it as picked up.
stole my 9 bucks essentially, I know she could have marked it differently and I'd be having a refund processed already. so atm I'm stuck in limbo with support and no real way to prove anything because she marked it as picked up.
also update your times on the app not just Google... you guys are a better source of info about you than google... wack js.
been here a lot of times, I legit always get my.food, but the service here just is subpar, people running this location take hospitality and tossed it out the window. but I usually don't care because I'm hungry, but like I'm not alone in thinking they have subpar service as you can see.

My god people. I come in here and order my food. Unfortunately the staff does not understand english. I'm not racist, but if you're going to work in a industry that most people speak English, than maybe you should have employees that understand english.English. I ordered a #3 large with a tater total w/cheese. The order came and it was not large. When I got home, the hamburger was not a #3, it was a smash burger. Again, ENGLISH PEOPLE.

Their sprite machine wasn’t working to make the ocean water drink. Didn’t taste it until well on our way. Made it back after closing and had the worst attitude demanding a receipt to even do anything about it. There are better Sonics out there.
