I write this as I just puked everywhere because of food poisoning I have worked at sonic before please check the product dates the temperatures I've never been this sick in my life I can tell by how my soda tasted the soda caps have not been clean just a bad experience all together

The food was wrong and disgusting.. The bread was not grilled or toasted. Basically got a hamburger sandwich.. and it was made wrong. Tots were over cooked and they left out my pickle fries. Never again. I’m nauseous right now.

Restaurant was dirty, staff messed up the order and they were extremely rude when we asked for our food to be made fresh and correct. I do not recommend using the app or online for this location because it still took 50 minutes to get fast food.

Workers are incapable of reading. Regular cheese fries does not calling for chilli. The fact that this has happened more than once here is honestly incredible embarrassing and should be ashamed 👍. Not only that, they served us expired burnt pretzel sticks, yummy. Thank you for stealing my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad customer service. Bad management. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I just order over 120 dollars worth of food shakes, slushes, burgers, and more and was missing a med fry, tator tot, 2 chicken bites and a fruit punch drink so I went back because I just spent a lot of money here and didn’t get everything I ordered and they straight up told me I’m lying like out of everything I would lie about missing little fries, chicken bites and one drink. So I asked for a manger she tells me I can’t get anything because I’m lying she packed it which is a slap in the face after spending so much with them shaking my head I been a manger and you should never be able to do that to a customer I hope they fix and get better management. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
