If you call 2 hours before they close you WILL not get an answer for a pick up. On top of the calling during regular day hours you have a 1 in 5 chance of them answering. Not because there busy but because there lazy. Everytime I walk in to there restaurant I am the only customer in there. Good food but the worst customer service I have ever seen.
Generally, I like the food here but last time went, the guacamole I got was dull and brown and tasted old. It ruined it for me. I did not eat the food. Now I'm wondering if I should even try again. That was so disgusting and obviously intentional.
We always get frozen tamales to go to cook later in the day as well as over the next month or so. Just steam for 30 minutes from frozen and you get a great tamale, quick and easy. Tamale kitchen tamales remind me of my trips to Mexico, they are the real thing.
