Dinner at our favorite restaurant.
Happy New Year's Catalina's Best restaurant in Elizabeth.
Great meals. Fantastic foods. Good service.
I had my favorite Caesar salad with avocado. So yummy..
Very disappointed with the biscuits and sausage gravy. Not one speck of sausage. Not one. I could buy the powdered gravy at grocery store and made the same thing. Won’t be going back. I like the diner itself and service was fine. Friend got the breakfast burrito and it was just average.
Grandma was given dirty looks when she asked the server questions about the menu; we were never asked if we wanted anything else to drink; she snapped at me and huffed when I asked for something else; she slammed my drink on the table and stormed off; the malt was not mixed, so the bottom was solid. We hadn't been here in a while because of service like this, but decided to give it another chance. We won't be coming back after this.

Many customers have praised the food, describing it as absolutely amazing and a "winner winner chicken dinner." The diner is clean and cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The attentive staff ensures a great dining experience, with friendly service that adds to the overall enjoyment. Despite occasional busyness, the wait times can be short, as noted by guests who received their food promptly. Parking may be a bit tight during peak hours, but the diner is wheelchair accessible with a ramp from the disabled parking spot. Visitors often find that the food is just as good as they remembered, even after years away. The staff is friendly and top-notch, making guests feel welcome. The menu offers plenty of options, including salads that are crunchy and fresh, and dishes like fettuccine Alfredo that are pretty darn good. The iced tea is also praised. Guests have enjoyed classic platters like the Captain's platter, which is deep-fried and reasonably priced. Many find the food excellent, and the service quick. Overall, the combination of great food and friendly service makes Catalina's Diner a must-visit spot for a satisfying meal.
