Came here for anniversary. Over 30 min for appetizer to come. We just left. Awful service. No apologies no trying to make it right.
We went in on a Saturday to have a lunch. We shared one burrito and our waitress ignored us.the whole time. When she brought us our food. The plate was super hot, and she didn’t even worn us and the food was just warm. Now I’m not one to right reviews, but when your attitude is how you make money, I suggest you be nice. Normally, the service and the food is great not this time.
7 times out of 10, they get our order wrong. When they do get it wrong, they’re apologetic and make it right. The food is ok. Chili rellano and enchilada cheese is never melted. I can’t eat meat and once I ordered my meal with red sauce instead of green with pork. They brought out green with pork and I sent it back. Instead of making a new meal, they scraped off the green and added red. I didn’t realize they did this until I was nearly puking an hour later. We haven’t been back since then.
Update: we went back recently to try it again. We were deathly ill for two days! I don’t know what’s going on here but it seems to be getting worse. I must drop this to 1 star because of this.

This a fantastic restaurant. They have a huge selection, and an awesome lunch menu whis is very reasonably priced. The food was fantastic and the service, just as good. We'll be back for sure.

Not authentic at all. Mexican food is not about heat. But about the spice. This place is has heat not much spice. The town of Elizabeth needs restaurants that truly have great tasting food. This is not it.

We'd never been but had passed by often so decided to give it a try. While the food was great, the service sucked. Our waiter never made eye contact, mumbled the entire time and was inattentive. It's on the pricey side, which we wouldn't have minded if the service had been better.

My husband ordered chips and queso to go. I was craving it and this place was close by. I know we should’ve technically asked before we ordered but personally I think $20 for chips and queso is robbery. I’ve never heard of somewhere charging that much for chips and queso. The queso was fine. Not the best not the worst. But definitely not worth $20. We could’ve gotten 2 full meals for that price. I just find it ridiculous. (And we didn’t ask for Large or even know there were different sizes, so there’s that too).
Good food, friendly and nicely priced.
