Ordered a plain burger it even says plain on the ticket sheet attached to the burger and it's covered in onions horrible at following the most simple instructions. If you want to order something and have them mess it up multiple times this is the place. It wasn't even busy it was empty and they messed up the literal simplest order ever. Be better McDonald's. This location does this all the time and it's always the same screw up. Tons of onions on a plain burger it's on both sides of the Patty and in the cheese it almost seems deliberate at this point. How do you screw up PLAIN?

Went through the drive thru, asked me if I was using the app. I told them I wasn’t. I ordered two burgers and fries before I could add anything else they told me to go to the next window. Couldn’t order any thing else. When handed me my bag it almost fell because of the way it was shoved at me. Poorly made food to say the least. Super rude staff. I was the only one in the damn place so it’s not like they were busy. If you genuinely hate your job that much find a new one cause this one ain’t it and they are terrible at it. I expected more from grown men. Do better.

These people can’t be sober. I ordered a hot and spicy through my rewards and asked to add bacon… they put cheese on this thing. I used to work for the McDonald’s company and any employee in the kitchen knows this is not a proper hot and spicy. Nor what the customer requested. This is such a random error, it confuses me. This is Elizabeth we all live at least 5-20+ min from this location and it’s the only place open in town after 11pm unless you want to go to Parker or castle rock… it’s so often my order is messed up here and my money is waisted plus the food waist due to lack of care!!! :(

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Connor, the manager at McDonald’s! Every time we walk in, he greets us with a kind and welcoming attitude. He’s incredibly encouraging, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Connor takes the time to really listen, walk us through the menu, and make sure everything is just right. On top of all that, he’s always been so supportive and accommodating of our ministry. People like Connor are rare his leadership and heart for others truly make this McDonald’s location stand out!

Drive through for filets o fish and iced tea. I've been twice in a week same order. Having to wait for fresh sandwiches to be made is fine and appreciated. Standards for the sandwiches need attention. Macdonald corporate screwed up when they went to 1/2 slice cheeses. Come on a full slice please . These both times 1 was made great and the second had a blob of tartar sauce pouring out on one side and melted cheese on the other.!!! Iced tea was good.
