Great BBQ! The brisket is well-spiced, fall-apart tender and just melts in your mouth. The Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages are big, flavorful and loaded with chilis and cheese. Definitely worth stopping-for.
We stumbled upon Smokey trails in downtown Elizabeth today and felt like we struck gold! We love bbq but have yet to find somewhere that stands out. We absolutely loved everything we tried today! The burnt ends, pulled pork, and pulled chicken were so tender and moist. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was juicy and had the perfect amount of heat. The prices were also great.
