Claimed they were closed 10 minutes before closing time. Apron and lights on but apparently preferred to chat with friends than service customers. After a terrible day I thought a nice cup of coffee might turn it around. Guess not. (This review is for the evening employee, other employees have been great.)
Two workers standing behind the counter said “we’re closed for lunch, but you can come back in a half hour for your coffee.” Might’ve been helpful to have hours posted that Starbucks has lunch hours. And maybe if you’re on a lunch break, don’t be just standing around behind the counter. Not impressed.

The Rachel's, Bella & Dani are amazing baristas! When they are there I get my coffee fast and it's always perfect! ☕

Great employees, very quick and made the way I like. I'm super picky and like an iced white chocolate mocha with wip and LIGHT carmal drizzle. Most places I go to coat my cup or only put the carmal on top. Loved my experience and don't understand the bad reviews?

There was only one employee at this time, so it makes sense it would take longer to get through a line, but this person was focused more on making friends and chatting with customers than actually making the orders. There's a line between being friendly and wasting customer's time. I actually had to leave my dog in the car to come inside, which I normally have no problem with, and because it was hot out I left my car windows slightly rolled down, but I was still concerned with how long I was leaving him alone out there because I wanted a coffee
This used to be my favorite location but the last 3 times I have been with the same person. ALL 3 times my order has been wrong. She doesn’t listen at all and makes what she wants. For the amount of money for a single coffee she should take the time to listen. To add. I’ve been the only person all 3 times to so you can’t blame it on being busy. Do better.

I cant believe how rude the employee Cindy is. She honestly should be fired for how incompetent she is. Does anyone care how bad this makes starbucks look?
I 100% understand the lack of staff, however the 2 employees working were so rude. Young girl kept giving dirty looks to everyone when they would ask a question about their drinks. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to receive the wrong drink, when asked if they could fix it they told me no.

Asked for pumpkin bread and got bannana bread, without being asked if I wanted it warmed up. As well as barista was walking around on her knees.
Love this Starbucks and the workers but the manager is not good for customer service here very rude. Definitely won’t stop if she’s working again. Love all the other works in this location though.
Unfortunately this location needs a lot of work. The employees have zero knowledge of the beverages they’re preparing, they’re consistently ‘out’ of cold brew (at 9am, come on ?), they’re rude and inefficient. I go to Starbucks because I know I can count on consistency - obviously not at this location. I’d encourage you to get your coffee at another location where they actually care.
