This is what you can expect living at Avery Park. What we have experienced and observed living here. The Good• 100% amazing maintenance crew!• Office staff is very friendly and can be helpful when available.• Many amenities.• Fireplace• Trash runs daily.• Grounds are cleaned daily.• Relatively safe.• Nice location for restaurants and entertainment. The Bad• Outdated units for the price.• No security on staff to enforce safety, policy, or parking. Note to management: This complex needs security!• Even if you paid for your parking spot with a posted sign, it is not always guaranteed to be open.• Parking lot parties complete with loud stereos while people work on their vehicles and leave the beer bottles behind.• 10-20% of the vehicles in the parking lot are not registered or the tags have been expired for years. This limits parking availability.• Boondockers• Porch pirates.• Police visits frequently.• 6+ adults living in one bedroom apartments so hot water can be very limited and the noise is never ending.• Thinnest walls/ceilings/floors around so you will hear everything. And I mean everything.• Pests• One entrance in and out of the complex. If there’s an accident, at the entrance, you can’t enter or exit.

One star goes to the maintenance team of this property. They work extremely hard to get this fixed fast.Another star goes to the location. It is an extremely convenient location. It loses two stars for the leasing team, mostly the "community manager" who doesn't seem to actually care about fostering a sense of community. She is also remarkably unhelpful when you are losing sleep because your upstairs neighbors are lunatics who refuse to be reasonable about making noise at night. They also lose a star because they removed all the carpet from upstairs units. Cats jumping off counters, kids going to bed, getting up to get water, or all the drug users hiding in the bedroom when you call the cops on them for stomping around at 2am. You can hear all of it if you are on the bottom floor. It's an apartment. You are a number that provides rent. No punishments will be doled out to the people who block the roads in large groups. No fines will be given to those who loose their dogs at night to poop all over the grass. No sympathy will be given to any of your problems with neighbors. If you move here, get a second floor unit.

I wanted to wait 3 months to do a review but honestly I'm pleased with my experience of living here that I can do it now. The community is always clean in my experience. I don't see trash everywhere or anywhere really besides in its designated place like the dumpsters. The environment is inviting and comfortable. Parking usually isn't an issue and I feel I live in a more crowded part of the complex where the families are. My daughter has made some friends as well which is so awesome. I haven't had any issues with my apartment so far and I honestly have no complaints which is really rare. If I have the option to renew once my lease is up I definitely will.Thank you Avery Park for being home.

I would give a 0. Lived here since May this year and caught and killed 29 mice and roaches. The roaches are gone, but not the mice. This month caught and killed 5. One got away.In a 3x2. Thankfully, moving soon. Just becareful and throughly check the apartment before moving your belongings in. Pull the appliances etc.

Honestly this place is a nightmare. We lived at the complex for over a year and had multiple email inquiries to the community manager be ignored completely. When we do get responses, they are short, rude, and do not answer all of our questions. We have had to go in person to the office to resolve issues with incorrect billing and to clarify the move out process. The apartment itself is not that great, many things are cheaply made with cabinets hanging crooked and cracks in the seals of the tile and shower.

Hello. Our neighbor on the backside of us is constantly playing his music loud until almost midnight every single night. I have to be up for work at 3:30-4 every morning. I can’t not sleep whatsoever. It’s getting really annoying and he’s staring to be a nuisance. It’s getting to point that I can’t even sleep in my bed because all I hear is his loud music constantly I have also gone over there more than a few times to ask him to lower his music and I’ve also have had police out to stop his loud music and he never answers because his music is WAY to loud. I do not appreciate this at all. He has no respect for any of his neighbors and obviously no respect for people that work that have to be up super early in the morning. I would like this resolved immediately please. I love living here at the property. I’ve been here since February of this year but I honestly don’t know how much more I can take of his music. There should be some type of rule in the lease that loud music is unexceptable at certain hours. Please take care of this and help out my fellow neighbors who also hear it. Thank you for the time and taking this into close consideration.

Me and my parents had lived at Avery Park apartments for over 20 years now. They have had many changes in owners, and most had been fine until the new owners came in. They started remodeling the interior of the apartments and they were increasing the rent of the apartment's by 300 to 400 dollars. The thing is that they did not even remodel them correctly because I have family which live here and I went to go see the "newly remodeled apartment's", and I thought they would look nice but I was shocked to say the least. When I saw the new tile I noticed that the tile had not been sealed correctly, and they had not repaired cracks on closet doors and even the walls. I work at a hardware store and know when stuff is properly done, but I was shocked when I saw the new apartments. Unfortunately, since they were remodeling they were kicking everyone out of there apartments that weren't remolded, and offering us new apartments at a way higher cost even though we had lived there for over 20 years. I was frustrated with this because I had loved living in that area but ever since larimar came in they ruined it for everyone. I left the apartment and cleaned it so I could get my initial deposit back but they said they had to clean the apartment and didn't even give me back my full deposit. I would not recommend living here at all because it takes maintenance for ever to fix a problem, there are rats in the budlings, and the locks on the doors aren't even deadbolts they are some pin pads which is not secure at all. I lived here for a while I know what happens here at Avery Park and would not recommend moving here at all !!!!!!

Absolutely terrible complex. Last 3 years it's been ran by some of the laziest, dirtiest, people this south of Denver! Homeless people walk through asking for money, clothes, food, etc, they let their dogs duece anywhere without picking it up, cars are broken into daily, gunshots at least 3 times a week is normal, certain family's walking around with there kids in the middle of the driving road, in sandals, no matter the time of year, and will yell at you on some language when you speed by or honk your horn. Mails constantly stolen or never shows up! They change your rent monthly depending how bad they are hurting. During snow storms 1/4 the lot will be plowed so anyone above the age 45 be careful walk-in around. Over all this place similarly resembles a 3rd world country, definitely don't spend your hard earned money here, much better apartment complex literally everywhere but this one!

5 stars for management with their communication and kindness and leniency2 stars for maintenance leaving dust and debrie that i had to clean up after them. Very unprofessional always having attitude like they hate their job. No wonder nothing gets done.3 stars for the area surroundingOverpriced for bad service management. Took them 4 months to fix a leak and left dust everywhere. My son got into some of it before i realized it was there. Clean up after a job. The layout was crooked. And awkward.I was in a one bed one bath and almost everything was not working when i first moved in regardless of the "new renovation"Management was nice and understanding and lenient with certain things but slow to get things fixed. Again. Overpriced for what they offered. You can find cheaper better apartments elsewhere.Had 2 shootings up the street and traffic is nightmare to get to the highway

Bed bugs!! Do not move here... also the head of management Orapin Williams is super rude and does not care about your problems or concerns. You will be treated as if you're annoying or bothering her. The other team members like Kevin or Melissa are great on the other hand. But steer clear of Orapin. She's very very rude and Hung up on me during a call. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Old buildings, and trash everywhere. You can find better for the same price that Avery park is asking. After two years they decided to just non renew my lease due to "renovations". Forcing me to either move to another more expensive unit or completely leave which I will be doing. Stay away from Avery park if you can.
