Submitted an order online through Baskin-Robbins for this location. My order was approved. I was charged and I received a confirmation email. I traveled to the store and only to find out that the business hours were over for the day and the store was closed. how can you charge someone but your store closed?

Placed a mobile order with a bunch of different ice cream and toppings. Guy in the drive through said they basically don't have a single thing for the entire order. I asked for a refund and the guy tells me he doesn't know how to do that. Offers zero resolution. I left without getting refunded or getting my ice cream. Will never return to either Dunkin or Baskin.

Fast service and great customer service. This location is mainly a Dunkin Donuts and a half Baskin robins. Just a heads up if you're looking for ice cream cakes and polar pizzas this location doesn't usually receive the ingredients to make these.

terribly ran out of a lot of flavors waffle cones were at least a few days old and service was as pretty bad
