If you go to Pugh the drive thru expect a 20-25 minute wait. Even if you are the only one and only ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. They don’t even take payment for at least 15-20 minutes. This is not fast food so if you don’t have a lot of extra time to just spare don’t go here. Go to McDonalds on the next block. They are more efficient.

Updated: been coming back for the last year, it is still a bk, but 99% of the time food is hot and fresh, the customer service has vastly improved!
Used to be my favorite bk. I don't know if management changed or what but the customer service and food has gone out the door. I gave them 2 chances and both times witnessed the manager not only be rude to me but the customers behind me as well. Everything was ice cold and inedible

1 star for the great job at least letting us know your not going to take our order because your counting your drawer. If you close at 2 the drawer shouldn't be counted at 1:30. Just saying

Got a burger at 4:45AM and I could not have gotten any better service from the man in the drive through. I doubt anyone likes working that late, but this man made me feel welcome. It was better service than some of the Chick-fil-a's I have been to. This was one of the best drive through experiences I have seen, and i am actually temped to go back just because of how great of an experience that was. Whoever is the manager, give that man a promotion! (12/4/25) also, the food was amazing.

I’m never going back to this place again doing a clump of hair in our food called rt away the first manager was cool when I called and explained what happened and then went back and explained to the other manager what happened and asked where’s my food called told him I threw it away and had attitude the whole time he was very very rude don’t go there

Consistently wrong orders. I got two orders of fries when I didn't order fries. I got chicken fries when I ordered chicken nuggets. I got one of the cheeseburgers I ordered, then somehow the price of my order changed by a dollar. Always check your order from here before leaving the window.
