Updated: been coming back for the last year, it is still a bk, but 99% of the time food is hot and fresh, the customer service has vastly improved!

Used to be my favorite bk. I don't know if management changed or what but the customer service and food has gone out the door. I gave them 2 chances and both times witnessed the manager not only be rude to me but the customers behind me as well. Everything was ice cold and inedible

Got a burger at 4:45AM and I could not have gotten any better service from the man in the drive through. I doubt anyone likes working that late, but this man made me feel welcome. It was better service than some of the Chick-fil-a's I have been to. This was one of the best drive through experiences I have seen, and i am actually temped to go back just because of how great of an experience that was. Whoever is the manager, give that man a promotion! (12/4/25) also, the food...

The employee Mar is great – he loaded my large delivery order into one large bag (in the past, other locations gave me several small bags for the same order).

A single bag makes deliveries easier! He also loaded my drinks in a tray, no questions asked. Another perk.
