I love this place! When will they reopen?
It is against the law for a Colorado business to refuse to accept cash. The Colorado AG's office is aware of businesses, including this one, not accepting cash and is currently investigating it

C-Burger is tucked into a shared space with a coffee shop and Sanitas Brewing Company, making it tricky to spot, but absolutely worth finding.
If you’re after a legitimate top-notch smash burger, C-Burger delivers. The crispy, lacy edges, the caramelized onions, and the fresh potato bun show a simple, focused approach—and they nail it. The ratios - burger / bun / toppings are dialed in, and difficult for most places to get right. As I have said in past burger reviews, the best test (my opinion) is to start with a naked burger. If they get that right, everything else is additive.
It’s order-at-the-counter service with a quick text when your food’s ready, so you can settle in with a beer while you wait.
And don’t skip the spiced beef-tallow fries—unique, mildly spicy, and exactly what you want next to a great burger. Pair them with a Sanitas beer if the mood strikes you; it’s hard to beat.
The setting is a decent-sized brewpub with bar seating and generously spaced tables in a casual industrial environment—comfortable, unfussy, and exactly what you’d expect from a good brewery setup.

I love this place the burgers are the best! So yummy and the ingredients are the best I’ve found in a burger restaurant. The mushroom Swiss is my go-to and the seasoned fries are bomb. Decent prices too!

Legit one of my favorite burger spots. They’re always super friendly and the burgers are made to order (and delicious) and fries are always crispy. 10/10!

Disappointed with how cold my burger was. We had a party of 2, ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. There was no one in front of us in line, we had to submit the food order ourselves at a kiosk and pick it up. How did my burger come out cold??? The kiosk also asked for a tip. Sorry, you did absolutely nothing tip worthy. 3 stars feels generous, but the fries were good.

Very tasty
I understand there are cost to a business but $20 for a burger or ski resort prices.
One of the best burgers around. The double LTC is awsome! And my wife loves their chicken nuggets! Not a huge menu and a not necessarily cheap, but absolutely worth it! Sanitas brewery is a great spot with good food as well!

Food is decent, but prices are pretty expensive and they nickel and dime for basic burger toppings. 50¢ for lettuce, really? Additionally, they ask for a tip. For what service? It's self serve and you never have human contact. The atmosphere is clean and urban.

The food was good, but it is expensive for the amount they give you. Service and seating is okay.

The burgers are tasty, but sometimes too salty. The buns are definitely too small - almost kid sized. The onion rings are very good, but overpriced. However, overpricing is a big part of the menu. For some reason, they ask for a tip before the service is provided. Tips have to be earned, as opposed to just doing the job you are hired to do. Eat there if you want.

Some of the reviews caused me to question if this place was worthwhile. But after trying it, I’d definitely say it is! Very great burger and fries: sort of a ShakeShack competitor and McDonalds like fries that are even more flavorful. Love their mission and care for the planet. 5/5 stars!

We spent $40 for two double burgers with grilled onions, one gluten free bun add-on, and the seasoned fries. The food wasn’t bad per se but it was very bland. The space is vibey since they share it with a brewery and coffee shop. But we probably wouldn’t go back. Would rather get flavorful food at Five Guys close by or go to Zig Zag’s in Greenwood Village for a little more upscale.
