Just went through the drive thru and did not notice they gave me a water with my meal, I had ordered a coke. Called to let them know and to be aware this was the second time they screwed up my order. The first time the employee literally hung up on me without saying goodbye, when I called back to speak to manager she informed me she IS the manager!! Wow so unprofessional and I never usually need to check my order at Chick Fil A but at the riverpoint location you need to!! Never going again!!!

It’s always something with this Chick-fil-A when I’m already not in the mood at that. This time, My order WAS repeated back to me without mentioning two orders of fries. Why would I even want two? Last time, They replaced my fries with the mac and cheese when I wanted it in ADDITION to my fries. Mistakes happen, But at some point, It just feels like laziness. The way I don’t even attempt to spell out my very simple 5 letter name to them anymore because they still manage to get it wrong. If you’re standing right at my window, How hard is it to listen? Now I’m stuck paying for two orders of cold fries I didn’t ask for.

Saturdays are always busy. I work close by. I forgot to pack my chicken for lunch and reluctantly bought fast food. I was nervous that it was going to take forever, and I was on break. I was pleasantly surprised that despite all the people w/a packed lobby and drive thru, I was able to get my food in a timely manner. The staff is always very friendly and the sitting areas are clean! Good job, Chick-fil-A Riverpoint!! 👏

Very crowded, they mess up orders and also their dining room is very dirty and trash doesn't get taken out. On top of that, their ice cream machine was broken
This location used to be good. The 1 time was when the in laws order for me. I asked them to get me a grilled chicken deluxe & thats what they ordered at the counter which the guy said oh you mean the club which they brought home the club. The 2nd time again ordering for me and the guy said the club again which this time they said no the deluxe (same guy). Then today went thro drive thro ordered a sandwich & the the lady (Amairany) said that would be xx$ which then my husband said he wasn't done and ordered his. No response he just said screw it drove up which I guess she heard him & got his order. But while waiting saw 1 of the workers drop a sleeve of cups that went out of the wrapper onto the floor WHICH HE PICKED UP OFF THE FLOOR AND USED THEM!!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING JUST LIKE ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, especially the classic chicken sandwich—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The waffle fries are a perfect side, and their sauces take everything to the next level.
What really sets Chick-fil-A apart is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, polite, and efficient, making the experience even better. Even when the drive-thru is packed, they keep things moving quickly.
The restaurant is always clean, and I appreciate their attention to detail. While they’re closed on Sundays, which can be a little inconvenient, it’s understandable given their values.
Overall, a top-notch fast-food experience! Highly recommend.
