While traveling I got off the D line and walked the 0.5 mile here for food. It was actually the first time I went inside & sat down, ordered on my phone and had them bring the food to my table. It was quick as always and of course great quality.

Every time I do a online app. Order something is fubar. From the totality wrong sandwich to now almost over a 20 minute wait at curbside pickup, while a dozen vehicles went through the drive through. I finally had to go in and retrieve my order.

I have the absolute worst service everytime I go there. Always forgetting something. This time I went in the store because they forgot my sandwich twe weeks in a row. Asked for a manager and had the unfortunate experience of talking to the owner. I tried explaining my situation and he goes oh really we never have any complaints here. Granted this is the first time I actually complained and I regret it. He told me if I don't like it then don't come back and a manager had to step in just to give me my sandwich. As a business owner myself just buying myself and my employees lunch was never expecting to run into a little shell of what used to be a man wearing a owner name tag telling me to leave over a sandwich. Grow up buddy and stay out of the kitchen

Lately they have been extremely lazy with their drive-thru orders. The last two times I went to the drive thru I ordered meals for 3 people and each time I got home, one of the sandwiches was missing. I live too far to just simply drive back and get my missing item. They need to do better and work on their quality control.
