Whoever’s in charge of making the Mac n cheese here needs a kiss on the lips ts is so good when yall make it like this and not goopy this location makes it this way all the time too

The tiny amount of basic foods isnt worth the high price. But the company has to make alotta money. I dont feel like the quality is what it used to be. Its just okay and i bet the owners know it too. Sad.

I was picking up an order, for a singular order of a sandwich and drink. I was standing at the pick up area for 10 minutes before even being ACKNOWLEDGED by anyone in the staff. I understand having to wait on an order since it’s the dinner rush, but to not even be acknowledged was very rude.

i've been taking my kids here to play after school sometimes... never used the restroom because public restrooms are gross, but thinking that my son would be safe to a decently clean restroom, we go in there's a turd sitting right on the toilet, piss is on the floor with god knows what else.
it makes me think if the workers even wash their hands or cover their sneezes.

I understand that it's Chick-fil-A policy to ask for a name. We do not want our names involved in placing an order. That is not a personal touch. That is an annoying one. please go back to giving us a number. Also, we've been ordering drive through our entire lives. We don't need assistance walking us through the process with all the thousands of questions. Just let us order,

I never been in a Chick-fil-A and been told they no lemons for over a month (3X). :( And the rude staff took almost 5 mins to ask if I needed anything . I won't be back to this location .... bet that!!

They suck. They forget something Every. Single. Time. Who tf eats chicken tenders and nuggets without dipping sauce? Raising Canes is better.

Always check if they included the salsa packet for your burrito salsa...because they will forget.
