Yep they'll hand your food to someone else..... take it back and give it to you after the other person just opened your sandwich and andree on it, ya day something and Chica wants to talk back, go to another one this one at least in the morning sucks

I ordered my food through the chick fil a app. It stated that the food was prepared and ready for me to grab, turns out it wasn't. And i ended up waiting for almost ten minutes past when the food said it was ready to be able to get it. Then they didn't give me my fries like I ordered and had to come up and ask them for my food. I won't be returning to this establishment.

The last two times I've been here, they just took the pickle off of a spicy chicken sandwich and gave it to me, so it still tastes like pickle. Did they think I wouldn't notice?

I notice that I’m not the first person within the same hour to put a complaint they also forgot a few items from my order. I thought they needed to have good service with the amount of workers, I excepted consistency but that was not the case. I am really disappointed to say I will not be coming back to this location, not the first time it happens here.
I hate their politics but they are a great company besides that. Food is fresh and the workers are almost stepford happy.
