They wrapped my burrito so half assed it was falling to pieces after 2 bites. The ingredients are also way saltier than any other Chipotle I've tried. I love salt, but this is brutal. Making me contemplate my life choices. How did I end up here? Have to mash my own guac, too, it's almost like they WANT minimum wage here. Even my burrito is frowning.

It was Friday August 8th exactly 10:45 am as soon as this restaurant opened. The night before my food was picked up by my husband and brought home. I found a hair in it. He immediately called them to notify them and they said there was no problem and to bring the food back they would happily replace it. So I did. However upon immediately getting a new bowl made the manager denied honoring this and embarrassed me inside the restaurant. So many people heard him treating me like trash and one customer even apologized to me outside the store. I am sick dying with cancer and have the flu. I do not feel well as it is. Upon this I asked for a customer service number and called them and while I had my back turned he threw the old food away. Now I have no proof that I even had a purchase and when I asked him about it he shrugged and told me he didn't know what happen to it. This is completely unprofessional and totally uncalled for. I ended up having to call the police to rectify the issue and it's still not fixed. Now I'm out $26 it appears and on my way out he was smirking and laughing about him throwing my food away joking with the other employees about it. Do not come here!!!!!

They don’t know how to roll a burrito and their lines need cleaned on soda machine. Water clearly tastes like mold. Apparently Chipotle still isn’t training their employees to roll burritos because it’s a complete failure every time. Burritos are always lose and falling apart because they don’t have proper burrito rolling technique. A nine year old could do their job better. Food was also cold and tasteless.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle on 5/13. This young big lady that works there was absolutely rude! Not sure if she is a manager. She was grabbing my food in a pretty aggressive way and started placing it in a bag then I said I didn’t need a bag as I was gonna dine in. She totally crumbled the bag in a very aggressive away and dumped it in the trash right in front of me. It was so upsetting, absolutely unnecessary. Totally spoiled my dinner. The rest of the staff were very unfriendly too. They all seemed to hate their jobs! I just read other reviews about how rude this lady is and she’s still working there. Seems like the company doesn’t care at all.

Typical Chipotle. Clean, nice staff. Parking is very limited due to spots reserved for other users.
Food was really salty. I’m surprised that an online order of mine still had missing ingredients,especially the main ingredient-chicken, even though it clearly states on the receipts, there was no sauces available or napkins, second door from Chase was locked, even during business hours, and eating area was crowded with people who weren’t customers, which made it difficult to get to the front and back outside.

This Chipotle was the worst one we visited. The food was horrible and the service even worse. I was telling the lady what I wanted and I told her I wanted corn salsa, and she gave me that and than she put a big scoop of hot salsa on it and I told her I didn't ask for the hot and she got mad and rolled her eyes and threw the burrito on the counter behind her. She got mad at me for no reason especially since I didn't ask for that hot salsa. Such rudeness.
