Had to change my review from 5 stars Rice today was crunchy and both my burritos were lackluster in their size. If I wanted a loosely rolled burrito with barely anything innit I'd go to Qdoba. Otherwise been a good experience last 10 times. Looks like a staff change and these new guys aren't gonna cut it for me. Not coming back here.

Do not come to this location!!! There are other locations that actually love their job and appreciate their customers!! I had came in to eat with my teen. This is the worst chipotle in Colorado service sucks employee’s were absolutely rude, I asked for more chicken because the spoon full they gave me was just that a spoonful I might as well ordered a rice bowl because I had way more rice than anything. I cannot believe how this chipotle gets so much business with employees like these. They also were out of forks, tables were disgusting and trash cans were to the brim full. I wouldn’t visit here ever again!

They were essentially all but out of the meat I had ordered(the barbacoa). So, had inadvertently only put a small spoon full of that onto my burrito then continued to go on about any of the other ingredients I might want to add to my burrito. Like,.as if the little spoonful of leftover fat would be a satisfactory, quality of meat AND was an appropriate portion size is cheap and distasteful. Then when I asked when there might be more of the barbacoa available, the employee acted and stated something to the fact that it wasn't going to be possible.

Barbacoa bowl ordered- came with a soggy bowl and No barbacoa. Took it back to replaced and was greeted with Major attitude to dispose of the soggy wrong order myself. No apologies, just a big order of attitude from the sub par staff Do Not Order from this location or, order at your own risk. Even asked them to spit in my reorder which, I didn't take a chance btw. This location is order at your Own Risk
I got the very last steak and it was hard and it wasn't even a full spoon I asked for more and she said it would be Xtra. And they charge so much for just steak sour cream and cheese, other Chipotle just charge me for Xtra

This place is a dump, the whole restaurant smells like literal sewage. The employees look like the homeless people who walk around town, didn’t even pay attention to me for 2 minutes and just stood around. Didn’t have black beans or veggies or much of anything else. Go to literally any other. Chipotle because this one sucks.

I ordered online. Food was supposed to be ready at 10:50am. Store was supposed to open at 10:45, but was still locked. They just kept looking at me through the doors. Two workers just eating. Around 11am I walked back to my car because it was too cold... Then someone came and unlocked the doors. I wasn't even knocking on the doors or yelling at anyone, they just need purposely waited to unlock the doors and open... Also the company should go back to using fresh limes. Food does not taste as good as it did a few years ago. Now the use a citrus substance. Guacamole turns brown fast. No flavor in rice or pico, anymore.
