Went here as a family group of 19 (10 kids) and had a great time. It's recently renovated and the staff and food were really good. Trinity in particular was fantastic and sorted us out on arrival, making our requests seem like no problem.

Great place for the young ones but be prepared for lots of screaming kids. The cost of games is a little spendy, but what isn't these days. Also, don't waste your money on chicken wings only, pay a couple of dollars more for the sampler that has the same number of chicken wings plus fries and cheese bread.

This place used to be cheaper and less of a scam. Many of the games didn't work and there's no longer a button you can press to get the maintenence worker over to fix them so it's a waste on those games. Also, when we tried the photo booth, it took our picture but never printed it out! It took our cash points without giving is anything! Additionally, when I was young we'd get like 10 or 15 points minimum tickets and now it's 1-8 points minimum tickets. Less points, less working games, and $12, for like 10 feet of trampoline is a total scam too. The food also sucks but that's none if the workers fault and the old Chuckie Cheese character was much cuter.

We booked a last minute birthday party here and it was a blast! The staff members were friendly, pizza was good, and the price was great! The facility was clean and the atmosphere was fun.

Took my 8 yr old last night and it has been quite some time since I've been to a chuck e cheese and I have to say they really improved on the games it was fun for me and my son the pizza was delicious and the cards are a huge improvement from the coins had a great time would definitely recommend this for the kiddos and adults only thing I miss is the whacky robots lol but that's just me.
It was fun for our whole family…the pizza and salad far needed to be changed out b the females bathroom was definitely not up to par but the rest of the experience was good.

The food was a far cry better than last time I went with my kids ~12 years ago. I mean seriously, the pizza was better than Little Caesars, there was a decent salad bar, and the buffalo wings were legit 👌. No fears there. The staff seemed to be a little bit in slow mo as far as presence and giving a crap about the young one's enthusiasm about winning plastic junk toys, but hey they probably aren't compensated too high so they get a small empathy pass. And lastly, the pricing is very fair - not something often said about entertainment for groups of young ones. It's a worth take for the little tikes.

Went to chuck e cheese with my kids! When I first got there we ordered a pizza and asked if they can make our pizza in 40 minutes packed in a box so we can let our kids play first and take our pizza to go. There was a pizza sitting there for about 30 minutes and of course we got that pizza, we asked for a fresh pizza remade as we just wanted it fresh, that’s why we asked for it to be made later, but the manager got so upset we asked for it to be remade he kicked us out! Horrible attitude from the staff. we will not be going to this location again.

I would like to complement all staff including the managers who made my 40 something birthday awesome. My birthday was in April 2025 and the manager made sure all my pizza order was correct, that I got all the candy I wanted, along with toys, the whole collection of teddy bears “Chucky and the whole Gang”, decorations, cake and so much more. Seriously incredible staff and a great leader as far as management. Thank you all again and thank you for making and exceeding my expectations for my birthday. Continue the wonderful hard work as it is noticed and very much appreciated. 5 stars!
