Really enjoyed the atmosphere and best of all the Asian/Mexican fusion taste of the food. The wait staff was very kind and generous and professional. Really glad we stumbled upon this spot as it catered to our family’s taste for Asian and Mexican food. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who likes this type of fusion food.

I've been a fan of Chuey Fu's since the previous/first time I visited! And when I'm a repeat customer, I tend to be a man with a plan. Meaning that it's really easy for me to default on the things I know I like. Thus I repeat order. However this run with Chuey Fu's seemed to change the game on me. Were tectonic plates shifting or just the paradigm? I looked to the menu for my familiar favorite, the Korean Beef burrito. Gone. Sure, they had the korean beef tacos but I wasn't ready to compromise on the theme of a burrito. So I had choices and I gambled on the Char Shu Pork burrito. And wow, was I happy for this plot twist of a meal. This is such a savory, rich, and fresh entree. It had such tangy notes with the notable spiciness of the wasabi. It really hit all of the taste receptors that I needed it to in that moment. I would easily recommend. Granted, I know the notion of "fusion" can be a mixed bag and I've had my fair share of underwhelming Asian-Mexican dishes. However, I feel like Chuey Fu's makes a distinctive and delicious product that I'd recommend most to try! Note of precaution: I ordered for my order through the yelp app (which I think is operated by grubhub). I've been running into a consistent problem. When I place the order, it gives me an estimated time to pick up. Then within 5 minutes, it increases the wait by about an hour! Sure sometimes that happens. However, when I go to pick it up, I found that it had been ready and sitting on the counter for a long time before my updated time window. This is pretty frustrating, especially considering no update notification or text came in to tell me either way that my order was ready. I think that this is really more of a complaint on the grubhub end of things, considering this has happened once before at another establishment. All the same, if you see questionable updates on yelp for your food order, consider calling in to confirm.

Yikes last night something was up with the service. We come here all the time and it's usually excellent service and food but lady night Friday 1/29/21 the phone line was disconnected for over an hour so we went in and the front of house was a complete mess. She forgot almost all of our order and some people were waiting for 45 mins for drinks. The cook tried his best to help her. It was not good, I wonder what happened?

I came here for lunch for the first time ever. I'm trying to go to places that are hurting from COVID. I ordered a black bean and corn bowl with not sauce not cheese. I told the guy vegan. He brings out a fairly skimpy bowl but I get it. It was pretty dry the way I ordered it And ask for salsa. He went through a few choices and recommended a green salsa. I put it in the bowl and it totally ruined the meal. It tasted terrible and was way to hot. I couldn't eat it. To the stores credit they offered to get me something else and even gave me a small discount, I just didn't have time to wait for another. They were super nice and service was great it's just this bowl and the ultra heat wasn't good and the options just weren't presented very well. I'm not saying don't try them... I just won't come back. Unfortunately it was one of only like vegan (with modifications) options on the menu..

Great place to stop when I'm in the area. The food is always good. The staff is friendly. The service is quick. Not much more to want. The water the last time I was there tasted funny, but that's Englewood water for you. Staff didn't care that I brought in my water bottle.

Amazing experience! We sat outside. Our waitress wore a mask. My husband had Korean Beef Tacos and I had Beer Battered Fish Tacos. So fresh! We loved it! Great vibes! They were playing the Broncos and Rockies games. Oh and drinks were fantastic! The waitress customized my drink and it was amazing!

Not impressed with this place. We tried to order 2 things listed on the menu and they didn’t have it. Tried to order a Dr.Pepper, that was on the menu also but they didn’t have that either. Service was mediocre. Maybe we just got them at a bad time but really not impressed with the food or service.
