I ordered some ice cream that was supposed to have some gummy bears in it, but I only found 3 lol. I didn’t know that I had to specify how many gummy bears I wanted in my ice cream. Service totally sucked. And was treated poorly! Highly recommend not coming here. Strictly because of the service!

I ordered an Uber eats from here. Not the delivery drivers fault but the order was completely wrong. Also the ice cream was mostly melted. They're in the business of making ice cream, they should get that at least correct.

This place is a laughable excuse for an ice cream shop, Most people see a line out the door and think it's because of the high demand for the product or service but this place has neither one going for them. The staff most likely on drugs or lacked the ability to exercise customer service. Based on their extremely rude dismissive behavior and failing to understand the customer, I will not be returning to the store or any other Cold Stone shops. Did I mention it was filthy?

My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to some icecream after a particularly long labor intensive day, we we beat. Knowing that we are pretty much on lock down status we knew we'd probably have to order online so we sat in our truck and carefully chose our much anticipated frozen treats carefully, we worked hard for this and deserved it. After choosing instant diabetic deliciousness the app informed us we'd have to wait an additional 20 minutes before we could pick up out order. We talked for 20 minutes about who's was going to be better. My sister called and we involved her in the debate until it was time for me to pick up our order. There was no one in the store but a woman for whom I held the door open for when I was walking in, I knew I'd need to be burning some calories. Purely a selfish act since I knew that I wouldn't even be thanked and I was right. The woman scowled at me and walked through the and took her rightful place in front of me at the counter so I waited patiently. When the young girl had served Cruella Devil she approached me with a look on her face that made me want to crawl under a table before the missiles launched and in a voice that was clearly practiced to great length I was asked what I was doing. Standing inches away from the signage that I might be there to pick up an on line order I wondered what academic field she was clearly not cut out for and i pointed at the sign. She looked at me again an stormed off to her coworker and whispered something that i couldn't quite make out and began going through the pile of reclepts order she snorted and acted like we really put her out. We ended up with slop that the menues had not prepared us for. Disappointed and angry we we drove home we decided to share this experience in Hope's ofsaving someone else the disappointment. We paid $20 for about a quarter of a gallon of what was supposed to Gourmet ice cream. l wouldn't recommend nor will I squander my hard earned money so foolishly again.

Pretty dead, but it's cold outside so that might be the reason. No one at the counter until I was halfway down the building. They did wash hands and made what I requested.

It the best ice cream ever. They make the ice cream right there in the store. I like how they have mix in that you can choose or one they have come up with. The staff there is super friendly and helpful Make sure you check the border by the cash register for specials.

Cold stone ice cream is always amazing.This place though has bad customer service. 2 girls were rude and rushing me because they were a little busy. Getting ice cream should be fun and those people should be friendly and nice.If you don’t like serving people, you should go get a different job!!
