The room was nice and did the job it was supposed to. However, there are some things that need to be addressed. Mainly the pool. We were pretty sure they are not maintaining the chlorine levels properly, as I left for home with severe chlorine rash/burns and a major sinus infection after swimming in the pool. This isn’t a problem I ever have with pools either. Marriot, please check and see what your chlorine levels are, as they could be dangerous for people. The rooms themselves were okay, as mentioned. However, we did have some stained towels and urine all over the toilet seat. The seal around the bath tub was breaking off and the shower curtain was stained yellow. Room service never came and cleaned anything which we found surprising. The price we paid definitely didn’t meet expectations and honestly, a complementary breakfast would probably go a long way.

It is located in a nice area of with close by stores, restaurants and amenities. Hotel itself was clean and well kept.

Doubled charge for three nights. Ended up paying $750 instead of $370 I asked them what happened and they had no answer just sorry about that and couldn’t tell me if I would be getting the money back or not. Unprofessional service and no answer. Do not recommend. The rooms are not good

Not great. The TV didn’t work in the first room. The volume was on full blast. The TV or the remote couldn’t turn it down. We used the phone in the room to contact front desk who put us in a different room. Great. But the 2nd room the TV didn’t work AT ALL! No channels no volume nothing! I tried to use the room phone to call front desk and THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK! Wow. The hot tub level was so low the first night. We will not be back.Rooms: It would be nice if the amenities actually worked.Nearby activities: The Park Meadows mall is very close, which is nice

The bartender and front desk was great. The room was good too although there was a few little things that would have been nice to have had for example I was there for 3 nights and they offered housekeeping service for the second night which did not happen and there was a bird nest in the lighting fixture that has clearly been there for some time on the patio as well as some stains on one of the towels that was very undesirable and made me question all the other towels in the room.

If you don’t want to sleep on highway with almost zero soundproofing- don’t go there. One of the worst places I have ever been. Avoid.

Very nice hotel. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains! This location does offer room service, as they have a restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is available for purchase but is not included.

It's pretty outdated but close to where I need to be and had rooms with a big jacuzzi tub.

It worked well for us. Only issue was the stiff bed and pillows. Others might prefer that more than us though. We were in town one night. Enjoyed Netflix and Amazon Prime options. Shower was good. It could switch from a soft stream to a focused stream. Porch was small, but a nice option if you want it. There was also a couch, since we only had a one bed room.Lots of good dining a entertainment options a short drive away. Probably not a good place if you want to walk to things. But, bartender was quite nice and the hotel bar got busy in the evening, that Saturday. The food there probably works fine if you don't want to go anywhere.

This room is an absolute disaster! I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw the TV placed adjacent to the bed instead of directly in front of it. It's like they wanted to torture their guests with neck pain. Watching anything on that TV is an exercise in frustration, constantly straining your neck to see the screen. It's as if they designed this room with the sole purpose of ruining your viewing experience. I can't recommend this place to anyone who values their comfort and convenience!

I don’t usually review on Hotels but this is a special case. On august 7th, I have a flight at 6am and I woke up at 3am. I checked out and found out that my car cannot be start up and required a jump start. Where am I suppose to find people to jumpstart at 3am? Thankfully the receptionist and the night guard on duty helped me jump start and I made it to the airport on time. I didn’t ask for the name of the night guard and receptionist but thanks so much, it meant a lot to me. Because of this, I will always pick mariotte bonvoy as my first pick! Thank you for saving my day Mr and Mrs! :) Anyways, good room, good staff attitude and a lot of cool facilities.Rooms: Great, as expected from a hotelNearby activities: Swimming pool, Gym, outside garden
