Very poor experience. I’ve never had del taco before tonight, I went on the website to order. I ordered a few items. I got in the drive through and waited an obnoxious amount of time. I got to the speaker and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I went through the line and I got to the window, now I’ve been waiting 50 minutes. The employee said “what drink do you want”. I was confused but said I have a mobile order, the runs around for a couple minutes then says he doesn’t have it. So I clarify it was the correct location, it was. He told me they don’t have my order because sometimes the mobile orders don’t go through, then the other guy said “we are working on that one.” Then the guy that said they didn’t have my order says I should really come into the dining room with mobile orders, good to know. And told me to come inside after I’ve already been waiting an hour in line. But I went inside, I was handed my drink and my fries but nothing else on the order and they said it will be done soon. Spoiler, my fries were cold by the time the rest was done. Then I get my order, I go to make sure I got everything. The employee handed me the wrong bag. Then I got my actual food, my fries were cold and limp, my beef and bean burritos only had Beans and cheese in it. The burger was sad but better than everything else.

Eat there for lunch basically everyday. The manager Ashley is absolutely amazing, really all the staff is during the day. Night shift ALWAYS forgets something, and doesn't unserstand what no lettuce means, so i don't go there after 4 anymore. Atmosphere is what you'd expect at a fast food place, but it's always clean, and music choice is good.

Order went in at 7:06 and we didn't receive our order until 7:34. They kept pushing our order back to get door dash customers and drive through customers. Manager came to the lobby after making her own dinner. I grabbed my receipt to go asked for a refund and the manager got up put my food on a tray and slammed it Infront of me. Had to ask if it was mine or not. Customer service is gone in the world

I ordered fish tacos with 3 hard shelled tacos with nothing but lettuce and meat, the chesse was balled in the corner of the tacos. I received two soft tacos out of three so I’m guessing you guys ran out of taco shells. The fish taco was not even edible yall just threw whatever on there and it was cold.the door dasher got here 6 minutes after picking up my order. Everything was cold whoever is working night shift the manager is obviously not Serve Safe certified you should never let your crew hand out food like this . Do better please you guys just reopened.
Laughably bad... food took 20 minutes. There's 9 employees in the back watching one person poorly cook the food. And when the food came out it was utterly gross looking. Bring back the old Del Taco.

This place sucks, do not order here. They can’t get anything right. Go to any other del taco and hopefully they can actually do their job. I would replace the whole staff with people on the corner holding the card board sign. I would give them zero stars but you have to give at least 1 star, even that’s way to much for this establishment.
