We have eaten here twice now....and it's our 3rd time getting a bag full of to-go desserts.
Go here.... just go immediately! We have tried a number of things on the menu and each bite absolutely delicious. Like mouth watering between bites....can't hold in the vocal mmmmmmms while chewing. Eyes closing to take it in a little more kind of good.
The atmosphere and staff are perfection. Family feel in all the ways. The bread service is a must! Go Hungry! If you are a lover of the sweet baked yummy things life has....Get here faster! Like nibble on for days sort of yummy!
We've had the fried ravioli, lasagna, the whole fish, carbonara and fettuccine Alfredo.....oooooo so good. Look at the picks..get ready!
We went for my birthday and it was perfect! 🫶

As usual, we had an excellent meal and service. Our server, Greg, truly understands hospitality. The stuffed zucchini flowers are my favorite and we tried the special - rigatoni in a pistachio cream sauce- which was superb.

Gallo was kind enough to cater the most delicious meal for a celebration of life for a family member today. Two pastas, sausage, meatballs, salad, garlic knots and cookies. Everyone raved about the food, and Gallo more than likely will gain some new customers. Thank you for your attention to the details and bringing some light into an otherwise sad event.

As a party of eight we tried all of the entrees and the bread app was amazing definitely authentic Italian. The bakery items Cannoli lemon blueberry scone cheesecake was only not impressed what's the blueberry scone because it was burnt bottom. All in all the only complaints I have are with our servers lack of any enthusiasm or helpfulness and the music in violin was very loud although still beautiful we enjoyed our evening.

Absolutely excellent! I can't believe that this is just our first time there since we have lived in the area forn3 years! The staff was so friendly and even gave us a free sample of their lemon cello, which was the best I have ever had, and I have been to Italy twice. I had the pasta with red clam sauce and it was so unique how they did it with all the lemon. Highly recommend!

As Italians ourselves, we can’t recommend this restaurant enough for authentic and delicious Italian food made with love! Delizioso!
I found Gallo when attending a friend’s birthday party here. Our server Daphne was so attentive and managed our group of 20 with grace.
I enjoyed the restaurant so much that I returned the next morning for pastries and coffee!

This restaurant is superb! The food was amazing. Live piano music made the ambiance as good as the food!! The owner brought us a taste of gelato that was fantastic. And last, but not least, our waiter Greg was outstanding. He was full of class and smiles. What a refreshing breath of air for us!! Great date night!!!!

This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Denver. We have been a couple of times now and have absolutely loved everything. We like to sit at the bar because Vince gives excellent service and nice conversation. It doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes, either. Thank you Gallo, for being you. Never change.

Best Italian food I’ve ever had hands down. I got the Chicken Marsala and their dessert selection is fantastic! It was my birthday and my brother suggested it. Very authentic flavors! Will definitely be back!!!

picked up a couple of pasta dishes and a couple of sweet pastries...had a couple cocktails at the bar while we waited.
The cocktails were good. I prefer to take Italian food home to drink with my own wine since I can drink better/more recognizable and just tastier wine at my house for a fraction of what they charge at restaurants for lesser bottles (which has always been confusing since they get it cheaper than the average joe, of course) Service was outstanding and everyone was nice to talk to. I think the pasta itself is good quality. I don't like the sauces. There is an offputting/funky/strong off-flavor quality in them to my palette, like too much aged paremesan or canned parmesan is infused into them that gets stronger as you go. Didn't eat the leftovers and I love good leftovers, so...I grew up eating the pasta made by a Sicilian grandma and her floury-tasting pasta and red sauces were very similar to the sauces of the old Red Sauce Italian Restaurants so I don't accept the premise that I don't know the cuisine style...if I want the over-parmesany experience, I'll add it myself...not my bag so I doubt we'll be back.

Visited yesterday, will absolutely return. The soup and salad lunch was delightful and the bakery offerings were such a treat! The team working was kind and knowledgable. Don't go in a hurry, just enjoy the slower Italian pace of life and enjoy the lovely space!
