This review is mostly based on the parking lot. They have the worst parking lot I have ever seen in my life. There is not room for two cars to pass whenever the drive-through line gets long so the people trying to get out of the spots have to try to squeeze their way out and it’s very dangerous for literally everyone. They’re lucky no one hit my car trying to get out of the parking lot especially cause some of the people trying to get out of the lot were being verbally aggressive to the cars in line trying to get us to pull up to the other cars in line way too close. The drive-through line also took 20 minutes. The employee was nice but they were out of the drink I wanted and one of the donuts I wanted even though it was only 9:30.

We had the distinct pleasure of having Tommy serve us this afternoon. He was funny, friendly, kind and made our day. Definitely excited to come back to this location again.

I’ve not had too many issues at this store food wise. Sometimes you get a dry donut or a missing hash brown, so could that be better, yes. But honestly these are things I’ve experienced at most Dunkin’s across the country. 4 out of 5 times my order is right and delish at this store. Generally quick service.

$1.99 got me four soft hash browns the size of a quarter each 🥲 coffee was good though and the folks working the window were kind and efficient

This location in Lakewood is absolutely the worst. They never have the omelette bite and quite honestly the people that work for them are really nasty. I can’t even give them one star they should fire everyone and start again. Horrible story horrible.

I had an awful experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The customer service was incredibly rude. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but they didn’t even bother to contact me to let me know about the mistake. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially when I tried to address it. I won’t be coming back!

I would have definitely given them a five star but the attitude of the server and cashier was obvious because I had ordered at the speaker a hot macchiato with carmel and then when I approached the window, the person was beginning to hand an iced macchiato to me, and I had to correct the situation and advise her it was a hot macchiato
The person at the window looks mad like she/he needs to takes a breath and as the person is walking away the person says aloud frowning, she did not hear me say that while using a firm tone; however, it's not that I wouldn't have taken it it's just that I was ordering for the person in the backseat who just had come from the dentist and they had been out in the cold and they needed something hot.
I hope the next time that I go back to Dunkin' donuts that the ones that were serving the public understand that their facial expressions and tones do matter and it's kind of scary because we are in the car, the drive through will never know if a person like that to catch a real attitude and go make our coffee and possibly be spitting in the coffee or doing something that could cause somebody to have diarrhea... Feel better staff at the window.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' drive-thru. The employee, Gracie, was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and curt. From the moment I spoke to her, she gave off a negative energy that made me feel uncomfortable. It was the first interaction of my morning, and unfortunately, it set a very unpleasant tone for my entire visit. When I had an issue with my order, Gracie's lack of professionalism became even more evident. She interrupted her coworker, Denzel, as he tried to assist me with correcting the mistake. Both employees were defensive and unhelpful, and neither of them had name tags. Customer service training is clearly needed for both of them. I truly hope Gracie isn't in a leadership role, as her attitude doesn't reflect well on the business. I’ll definitely be reconsidering ordering from Dunkin' again.

The amount of incompetence I received today was absolutely deplorable. My wife placed an order online, absolutely no miscommunication could be have. I show up to the drive thru to pick up the order, pretty straight forward. They hand me my order and I was thinking I was missing something. I inquired, only one coffee?? Yep. Since there is no where to go to check I have to pull out on the street. I pull over and sure did miss a coffee that my wife had ordered. So, went back and they had no idea what it was, I had to find out on my own and tell them. Then the lid wasn't secured and it spilled all over my car. Needless to say I will never come back to this location ever again.

Staff was rude, shorted me a coffee, food was not very good. only 5 hash browns in a bag for $1.69. It was national coffee day and should have received my "free" coffee with purchase. I won't be back.

It's very difficult to walk in here in the morning and get service. They will accommodate the drive-thru, but if you're standing there at the register, you'll get back burned.
SO slow! It took them over 20 minutes to make my iced coffee. I even ordered ahead on the app
